Abstract
【解決手段】本実施形態に係る電着塗装設備1は、不溶性物質を含む電着塗料を被塗装部品2に電着塗装する電着塗装設備1であって、電着塗料を収容する電着槽3と、電着槽3内の電着塗料を循環させる吐出ノズル4と、被塗装部品2を懸架する部品ハンガー5と、被塗装部品2を電着塗料に浸漬させながら電着塗料が流れる方向に対向して移動させる部品移動機構6と、被塗装部品2が部品移動機構6によって所定区間を移動してから被塗装部品2に通電させる部品通電機構7と、を備える。

Claims (9)
- 不溶性物質を含む電着塗料を被塗装部品に電着塗装する電着塗装設備において、
前記電着塗料を収容する電着槽と、
前記電着槽内の前記電着塗料を循環させる吐出ノズルと、
前記被塗装部品を懸架する部品ハンガーと、
前記被塗装部品を前記電着塗料に浸漬させながら前記電着塗料が流れる方向に対向して移動させる部品移動機構と、
前記被塗装部品が前記部品移動機構によって所定区間を移動してから前記被塗装部品に通電させる部品通電機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする電着塗装設備。 - 前記部品通電機構は、前記部品ハンガーに電流を流す通電バーを備え、
前記部品移動機構は、前記被塗装部品を前記所定区間だけ移動させてから前記通電バーに接触させる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電着塗装設備。 - 前記部品移動機構は、前記被塗装部品の移動及び停止を繰り返し、
前記部品通電機構は、前記被塗装部品が停止してから所定時間経過した時に前記被塗装部品に通電させ始め、前記被塗装部品が移動し始めた時に通電を停止することを繰り返す、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電着塗装設備。 - 前記被塗装部品への電着塗装に伴って付着した前記部品ハンガー上の前記電着塗料を剥離する塗料剥離装置を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電着塗装設備。
- 前記塗料剥離装置は、前記部品ハンガーの前記電着塗料を剥離するバイトと、当該バイトを回転させるモータと、前記バイトを前記部品ハンガーの形状に沿って移動させる摺動機構と、を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電着塗装設備。
- 前記塗料剥離装置が前記電着塗料を剥離した前記部品ハンガーが通電するか否かを検査する通電検査装置を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電着塗装設備。
- 前記通電検査装置は、前記部品ハンガーに係止可能な集電子を有し、当該集電子に流れる電流が所定の閾値以上であるか否かによって通電するか否かを判別する、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電着塗装設備。
- 前記不溶性物質は、フッ素樹脂粉末又は二硫化モリブデンである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電着塗装設備。
- 前記電着塗料は、エポキシ系カチオン樹脂を含むカチオン電着塗料である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電着塗装設備。
