Abstract
【解決手段】組み込み形の可動の突き刺し用部材を有する形式の受容器と共に使用するための改良された注射器(100)を含む。注射器は、末端側端部(114d)と手元側端部(114p)とを有するバレル(114)を備える。バレル(114)の末端側端部(114d)の近くに少なくも1個の指部材(150)が設けられる。指部材(150)はバレル(114)に滑らないように取り付けられ、そして注射器(100)を末端方向に強制するように人の手の1本又は複数本の指によりかなりの力を加えることができるような形状にされる。

Description
と、突き刺し用部材の針26及び組み合わせられたコネクター19、27を経るバイアル22と注射器バレル14との間の連通路が確立される。この完全突き刺し位置において、注射器12内の流動可能な第2の成分40を、末端方向へのプランジャー13の前進によりバイアル22内に注入することができる。注射器12からの流動可能な第2の成分40はバイアル22内の第1の成分30と混合し、所望の再構成された構成物50を形成する。すっかり混合されると、再構成された構成物50は、プランジャー13を手元側方向に引くことにより、注射器内に引き込まれる。このとき、注射器12は、再構成された構成物50を患者内に注入するために互換性のある注射針(図示せず)による使用に対する準備完了状態となる。

技術者は、本発明の範囲から離れることなく、説明された実施例に幾つかの変更をなし得ることを認めるであろう。例えば、注射器100の実施例は、組み合っている注射器バレル114から分離して外すことのできる末端の指部材150を有するとして上に説明されたが、指部材及び注射器バレルを適切な材料で一体に形成することができる。或いは、別の突き出ている指タブを適切な接着剤又は同等により注射器バレルの外壁に取り付けることができる。かかる変更の全ては請求範囲内であることが意図される。
Claims (16)
- 混合可能な第1及び第2の成分よりなる構成物のための医療用再構成システムであって、
(a)第1の成分を収容している受容器であって、
(i)突き刺し得るシールを有する容器;
(ii)突き刺し得るシールを選択的に突き刺すような形状にされた突き刺し用部材であって、後退位置と完全突き刺し位置との間で作動し得る突き刺し用部材、
(iii) 突き刺し用部材に連結され且つ該部材と連通している第1のコネクター、
(iv)シール及び突き刺し用部材を実質的に囲んでいる無菌シールド、
を備えた受容器、及び
(b)第2の成分を収容している注射器であって、
(i)末端側端部、手元側端部、及び末端側端部上の第2のコネクターを有するバレルであって、第2のコネクターが受容器の第1のコネクターと組合って第1のコネクターとの間に実質的に液漏れのない連結を提供するような形状にされているバレル、
(ii)バレルの末端部分に滑らないように取り付けられた少なくも1個の指部材であって、注射器が末端方向に強制されるように人の手の1本又は複数本の指により力を加え得るような形状にされた指部材、
を備えた注射器、
を具備し、
(c)突き刺し用部材が後退位置にあり且つ第1及び第2のコネクターが互いに気密に組み合わせられたとき、指部材を受容器に向かって末端方向に押して移動させることにより、突き刺し用部材を完全突き刺し位置に前進させることができる医療用再構成システム。 - 第1の成分が抗血友病因子よりなり、第2の成分がその希釈剤よりなる請求項1記載のシステム。
- 注射器の第2のコネクターに気密接触するような形状にされた注射針を更に備える請求項1記載のシステム。
- 突き刺し用部材が完全突き刺し位置に前進されたとき、注射器の指部材の少なくも一部分が無菌シールドの一部分に接触する請求項1記載のシステム。
- 注射器のバレルがガラスよるなる請求項1記載のシステム。
- 注射器がバレル内に配置されたプランジャーを更に備える請求項1記載のシステム。
- 第1及び第2のコネクターが互換性のあるルエルロックコネクターである請求項1記載のシステム。
- 注射用の多成分構成物の給送方法であって、
(a)突き刺し可能なシール、後退位置と完全突き刺し位置との間を動き得る突き刺し用部材、及び突き刺し用部材と連通している第1のコネクターを有する受容器内に第1の成分を提供する過程、
(b)注射器の末端側端部の近くに少なくも1個の指部材を有し、かつ注射器の末端側端部に第2のコネクターを有する注入注射器内に第2の成分を提供する過程、
(c)突き刺し用部材が後退位置にある間に第1及び第2のコネクターを連結する過程、
(d)末端の指部材を受容器に向けて押すことにより突き刺し用部材を後退位置から完全突き刺し位置に移動させ、これにより突き刺し用部材にシールを突き刺させる過程、
(e)第1及び第2のコネクター及び突き刺し用部材を通して注射器から受容器内に第2の成分を注入する過程、
(f)構成物を形成するために受容器内で第1及び第2の成分を一緒に混合させる過程、
(g)突き刺し用部材を通し且つ第1及び第2のコネクターを通して構成物を受容器から注射器内に引く過程、
を具備する方法。 - 注射器が受容器と完全に組み合わせられたことの視覚表示を使用者に提供するために、突き刺し用部材が完全突き刺し位置にあるとき、注射器の指部材の少なくも一部分が受容器の一部分と接する請求項8記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2の成分並びに受容器及び注射器内の混合物を実質的に見ることができるように、注射器及び受容器が実質的に透明である請求項8記載の方法。
- 第1の成分が抗血友病因子であり、第2の成分がその融和性希釈剤である請求項8記載の方法。
- 手元側端部と末端側端部とがあるバレルを有する皮下注射器用の末端の指ブレースであって、
(a)バレルの末端側端部に近い注射器バレルの少なくも一部分を受け入れるような寸法及び形状にされた中央丸穴、
(b)バレルの末端側端部と確実に組み合うような形状にされたリップ、
(c)外向きに伸びている少なくも1個の指タブ、
を備えた末端の指ブレース。 - ブレースがバレルの側方から注射器バレル上に組み合わせられることを許すU字形凹所を更に備える請求項12記載の末端の指ブレース。
- 中央丸穴を少なくも部分的に取り囲む少なくも1個の上向きに伸びている壁を更に備える請求項12記載の末端の指ブレース。
- 少なくも1個の下方に伸びているストップを更に備える請求項12記載の末端の指ブレース。
- 更に弾性ポリマー材料からなる請求項12記載の末端の指ブレース。
