Abstract
【解決手段】リアフレーム1の左右の側板1aの上端縁を外側へ折り曲げてフランジ部1dを形成し、このフランジ部の上に左右のランプフレーム5の天板部5aと左右のベゼル9bの天板部9cを重ねて固定する。これらのフランジ部1d、ランプフレームの天板部5a、ベゼルの天板部9cの所定箇所に凹部1e,5c,9dを形成して、各凹部の底に液晶モジュール取付用のネジを挿通するネジ挿通穴1f,5d,9eを、その中心線が互いに一致するように穿設し、凹部1e,5c,9dを順次嵌め込んだ構成の液晶モジュールとする。キャビネットのボス部をベゼル9bの凹部9dに嵌め込み、ネジ挿通穴1f,5d,9eに液晶モジュール取付用のネジを挿通してボス部にねじ込むことで、取付用タブがなくても液晶モジュールをキャビネットに確実に取付けることができる。

Claims (2)
- リアフレームの内部に光反射シートと線状光源を配置すると共に、リアフレームの左右の側板に沿ってランプフレームを取付け、リアフレームの上端開口に光学シートと液晶パネルを配置して、その四周縁をベゼルで取り囲んだ液晶モジュールにおいて、
上記リアフレームの左右の側板の上端縁を外側へ折り曲げてフランジ部を形成し、このフランジ部の上に上記ランプフレームの天板部と上記ベゼルの天板部を重ねて固定すると共に、これらのフランジ部、ランプフレームの天板部、ベゼルの天板部の所定箇所に、液晶モジュールをキャビネットに取付けるネジを挿通するためのネジ挿通穴を、その中心線が互いに一致するようにそれぞれ穿設したことを特徴とする液晶モジュール。 - 上記フランジ部、ランプフレームの天板部、ベゼルの天板部の所定箇所に凹部をそれぞれ形成して各凹部の底に上記ネジ挿通穴をそれぞれ穿設し、フランジ部の凹部にランプフレームの天板部の凹部を嵌め込むと共に、ランプフレームの天板部の凹部にベゼルの天板部の凹部を嵌め込んだことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶モジュール。
