Claims (8)
- 第1、第2のコンタクトと、これらのコンタクトを所定の間隔をあけて保持する絶縁部材とを備えたコネクタにおいて、
前記第1のコンタクトは、一方の接続対象物の一方の電極に接触する第1接触部と、前記一方の接続対象物を保持する第1保持部と、他方の接続対象物に接続される第1接続部とを有し、
前記第2のコンタクトは、前記一方の接続対象物の他方の電極に接触する第2接触部と、前記一方の接続対象物を保持する第2保持部と、前記他方の接続対象物に接続される第2接続部とを有し、
前記絶縁部材は、前記第1、第2のコンタクトの下面に固着される下側絶縁フィルムを有する
ことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 複数対のコンタクトと、この複数対のコンタクトを保持する絶縁部材とを備え、前記対のコンタクトは、所定の間隔をあけて配置される第1、第2のコンタクトで構成されているコネクタにおいて、
前記第1のコンタクトは、一方の接続対象物の一方の電極に接触する第1接触部と、前記一方の接続対象物を保持する第1保持部と、他方の接続対象物に接続される第1接続部とを有し、
前記第2のコンタクトは、前記一方の接続対象物の他方の電極に接触する第2接触部と、前記一方の接続対象物を保持する第2保持部と、前記他方の接続対象物に接続される第2接続部とを有し、
前記複数対のコンタクトのうち隣接する一方の対のコンタクトの前記第1接続部と他方の対のコンタクトの前記第2接続部とが連結され、
前記絶縁部材は、前記第1、第2のコンタクトの下面に固着される下側絶縁フィルムを有する
ことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記第1、第2保持部はそれぞれ、前記一方の接続対象物を前記下側絶縁フィルムの厚さ方向と直交する方向から受け容れ、前記下側絶縁フィルムの厚さ方向で支持する支持部であり、
前記第1、第2のコンタクトはそれぞれ、前記直交する方向から受け容れられた前記一方の接続対象物の前記直交する方向の位置決めをする位置決め部と、前記位置決め部に位置決めされた前記一方の接続対象物の前記直交する方向への抜けを阻止する抜け阻止部とを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のコネクタ。 - 前記第1、第2保持部はそれぞれ、前記一方の接続対象物に形成された穴に前記下側絶縁フィルムの厚さ方向で相対的に圧入される圧入部であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第1、第2保持部はそれぞれ、前記一方の接続対象物に形成された貫通穴に弾性変形しながら前記下側絶縁フィルムの厚さ方向で相対的に挿入されて、前記一方の接続対象物の上面に係合する二股状の係合部であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のコネクタ。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記第1、第2のコンタクトの上面に固着される上側絶縁フィルムを有し、
前記上側絶縁フィルムは、少なくとも前記第1、第2接触部及び前記第1、第2保持部を露出させる露出部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のコネクタ。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記第1、第2のコンタクトの上面に固着される上側絶縁フィルムを有し、
前記上側絶縁フィルムは、少なくとも前記第1、第2接触部及び前記第1、第2保持部を露出させる露出部を有し、
前記第1、第2のコンタクトの両側に、前記第1、第2のコンタクトから分離されたキャリアが配置され、
前記キャリアの下面に前記下側絶縁フィルムが固着され、前記キャリアの上面に前記上側絶縁フィルムが固着されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のコネクタ。 - 所定の間隔をあけて配置される第1、第2のコンタクトの上面と、前記第1、第2のコンタクトの両側に位置し、それらのコンタクトにつながるキャリアの上面とに上側絶縁フィルムを固着する第1の固着工程と、
前記第1、第2のコンタクトと前記キャリアとのつながりを断つ分断工程と、
前記下側絶縁フィルムを前記第1、第2のコンタクトの下面と、前記キャリアの下面とに固着する第2の固着工程と
を含むことを特徴とするコネクタの製造方法。
