Abstract
【解決手段】シール組付用の溝11fと軌道面11dとの間に逃がし部11gを設けているので、軌道面11dの幅が狭くなり、特に軌道面11dの半径方向最外点からリヤ側(ここでは外輪フランジ部11bから遠い側)の面積が小さくなるので、砥石Tの揺動角を抑えることができ、外輪11が外輪フランジ部11bを有している場合でも、それとの干渉を回避して適切な加工を行うことができる。

Description
互いに同心的に配置されかつ相対回転する内輪及び外輪と、両輪間を転動する転動体と、前記転動体を保持する保持器と、接触型のシール部材とを含み、前記内輪が入力部材より力を受け、回転する前記外輪がクラッチ装置の回転部材に当接するようになっているクラッチレリーズ軸受であって、
前記外輪は、半径方向内方に延在する外輪フランジ部と、前記外輪の内周面に形成した前記転動体が転動する軌道面と、前記軌道面を挟んで前記外輪フランジ部の反対側に形成した前記シール部材を組み付けるための溝と、前記軌道面と前記溝との間において前記軌道面に隣接して外径側にくぼんでおり且つ周方向に連続している逃がし部を有することを特徴とする。

- 互いに同心的に配置されかつ相対回転する内輪及び外輪と、両輪間を転動する転動体と、前記転動体を保持する保持器と、接触型のシール部材とを含み、前記内輪が入力部材より力を受け、回転する前記外輪がクラッチ装置の回転部材に当接するようになっているクラッチレリーズ軸受であって、
前記外輪は、半径方向内方に延在する外輪フランジ部と、前記外輪の内周面に形成した前記転動体が転動する軌道面と、前記軌道面を挟んで前記外輪フランジ部の反対側に形成した前記シール部材を組み付けるための溝と、前記軌道面と前記溝との間において前記軌道面に隣接して外径側にくぼんでおり且つ周方向に連続している逃がし部を有することを特徴とするクラッチレリーズ軸受。
