Description
前記外輪本体は、内周面に形成した前記ボールが転動する軌道面と、前記軌道面を挟んで前記外輪フランジ部の反対側に形成した前記シール部材を組み付けるための溝と、前記軌道面と前記溝との間において前記軌道面に隣接して外径側にくぼんでおり且つ周方向に連続している超仕上げ時に砥石と前記外輪フランジ部との干渉を避けるための逃がし部と、を有し、前記外輪フランジ部は、前記ボール側に環状に突出した環状部を有し、
さらに、前記溝と前記逃がし部との間には、前記シール部材を組み付けるための溝の深さを確保するために半径方向内方に延在する短フランジ部が形成されており、
前記ボールを軸線方向における前記外輪フランジ部側のみから保持する前記保持器は、前記短フランジ部の半径方向内側まで延在しておらず、且つ前記内輪のシール部材当接面よりも半径方向外側にあることを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 互いに同心的に配置されかつ相対回転する内輪及び外輪と、両輪間を転動する転動体であるボールと、前記ボールを保持する保持器と、前記外輪の内周面に取り付けられた接触型のシール部材とを含み、前記外輪は、円筒状の外輪本体と、該外輪本体と一体であり、該外輪本体の一端から半径方向内方に延在する外輪フランジ部とからなり、前記内輪が入力部材より力を受けガイド軸に沿って移動することによって、回転する前記外輪の前記外輪フランジ部がクラッチ装置の回転部材に当接するようになっているクラッチレリーズ軸受であって、
前記外輪本体は、内周面に形成した前記ボールが転動する軌道面と、前記軌道面を挟んで前記外輪フランジ部の反対側に形成した前記シール部材を組み付けるための溝と、前記軌道面と前記溝との間において前記軌道面に隣接して外径側にくぼんでおり且つ周方向に連続している超仕上げ時に砥石と前記外輪フランジ部との干渉を避けるための逃がし部と、を有し、前記外輪フランジ部は、前記ボール側に環状に突出した環状部を有し、
さらに、前記溝と前記逃がし部との間には、前記シール部材を組み付けるための溝の深さを確保するために半径方向内方に延在する短フランジ部が形成されており、
前記ボールを軸線方向における前記外輪フランジ部側のみから保持する前記保持器は、前記短フランジ部の半径方向内側まで延在しておらず、且つ前記内輪のシール部材当接面よりも半径方向外側にあることを特徴とするクラッチレリーズ軸受。 - 前記内輪は、内輪本体と、該内輪本体の一端から半径方向内方に延在する内輪フランジ部とを有し、前記外輪フランジ部と前記内輪フランジ部とのスキマは、前記環状部と前記内輪本体のスキマと同程度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチレリーズ軸受。
