Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、ポリウレタンフォームの生成に適しており、少なくとも1種のレシチン、少なくとも1種のウレタンおよび/またはイソシアヌレート触媒、少なくとも1種の発泡剤、少なくとも1種のイソシアネート成分、および少なくとも1種のポリオール成分を含んでおり、レシチンのポリオール成分に対する質量比が2.5:100未満であることを特徴とする組成物、ならびに硬質ポリウレタンフォームの生成方法、フォーム自体、およびその使用も提供する。

Description
本発明による配合物の使用に関する試験は、以下のフォーム配合物を使用して実施した:
PMDETA:N,N,N’,N”,N”−ペンタメチルジエチレントリアミン
Kosmos 75 DEG:オクタン酸カリウム(ジエチレングリコール中75重量%)
DMCHA:N,N−ジメチルシクロヘキシルアミン
TCPP:トリス(1−クロロ−2−プロピル)ホスフェート
Claims (10)
- 硬質ポリウレタンフォームの生成に適しており、少なくとも1種のレシチン、少なくとも1種のウレタンおよび/またはイソシアヌレート触媒、少なくとも1種の発泡剤、少なくとも1種のイソシアネート成分、および少なくとも1種のポリオール成分を含む組成物であって、レシチンのポリオール成分に対する質量比が2.5:100未満であることを特徴とする組成物。
- 水が、場合により前記組成物中に存在し、水のポリオール成分に対する質量比が5:100未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 指数が150を超えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- ポリオール成分のイソシアネート成分に対する質量比が1を超えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 10個未満の炭素原子を有する芳香族酸または脂肪族酸をベースにしたポリエステルポリオールが、好ましくは独占的に、ポリオール成分として存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 発泡剤が存在し、発泡剤のポリオール成分に対する質量比が1〜30:100であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記発泡剤が、5個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素およびハロゲン化炭化水素の中から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を使用することを特徴とする、硬質ポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートフォームの生成方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物をフォーム形成することによって得ることができる、硬質ポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートフォーム。
- 絶縁材料、絶縁ボード、イン サイチュフォーム、または絶縁フォームを生成するための、請求項9に記載の硬質ポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートフォームの使用。
