Abstract
【解決手段】回転軸2に対する取り付け面9を有する内方部材5と、内方部材5の外径側に配置され、静止側部材に対する取り付け面を備えるすべり軸受4である。内方部材5には突出部Pとしての厚肉部5aが設けられ、この厚肉部5aの外周面5a1と、これに対向する外方部材6の外周面7a1との間には潤滑油が介在するラジアル軸受隙間が形成される。また、内方部材5と外方部材6との間には、ラジアル軸受隙間の軸方向両側で潤滑油の油面を保持するシール隙間S,Sが形成される。内方部材5の取り付け面9は、少なくともその一部が金属で形成される。

Claims (11)
- 回転側部材に対する取り付け面、および径方向の突出部を有し、前記取り付け面の少なくとも一部が金属で形成された内方部材と、
内方部材の外径側に配置され、静止側部材に対する取り付け面、および突出部の両端面と係合可能な一対のフランジ部を有する外方部材と、
回転側部材の回転に伴って突出部の外周面とこれに対向する外方部材の内周面との間に形成され、潤滑油が介在するラジアル軸受隙間と、
フランジ部の内周面で形成され、ラジアル軸受隙間の軸方向両側をシールするシール隙間と、を備えるすべり軸受。 - 内方部材を、芯金をインサート部品として樹脂で射出成形し、芯金を回転側部材に対する取り付け面に露出させた請求項1記載のすべり軸受。
- 内方部材が、焼結金属製の多孔質部と、該多孔質部をインサート部品として樹脂で射出成形された成形部とを有し、多孔質部を、ラジアル軸受隙間を形成する面および回転側部材に対する取り付け面に露出させると共に、成形部で多孔質部の軸受外部に露出する面を被覆した請求項1記載のすべり軸受。
- 回転側部材に対する取り付け面、および径方向の突出部を有する内方部材と、
内方部材の外径側に配置され、静止側部材に対する取り付け面、および突出部の両端面と係合可能な一対のフランジ部を有する外方部材と、
回転側部材の回転に伴って突出部の外周面とこれに対向する外方部材の内周面との間に形成され、潤滑油が介在するラジアル軸受隙間とを備え、
内方部材を焼結金属の多孔質体で形成し、内径側に低密度部を設けると共に、外径側に外方部材との間にラジアル軸受隙間を形成する高密度部を設け、かつ、低密度部と高密度部との間で潤滑油の流通を可能にしたことを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 回転側部材の回転に伴って、突出部の一端面と、これに対向するフランジ部の端面との間に潤滑油が介在するスラスト軸受隙間が形成される請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のすべり軸受。
- さらに、回転側部材の回転に伴って、突出部の他端面と、これに対向するフランジ部の端面との間に潤滑油が介在するスラスト軸受隙間が形成される請求項5記載のすべり軸受。
- 内方部材を焼結金属で形成すると共に、外方部材を、内方部材をインサート部品として内周面が拡径する方向に成形収縮する樹脂で射出成形した請求項1記載のすべり軸受。
- 内方部材を焼結金属で形成すると共に、外方部材を、内方部材と、内方部材の外径側に配置した芯金とをインサート部品として樹脂で射出成形し、芯金をラジアル軸受隙間に臨ませた請求項1記載のすべり軸受。
- 内方部材の両端面を、外径側に向かって互いに接近する方向に傾斜したテーパ面に形成し、このテーパ面を覆うフランジ部を外方部材と一体に射出成形した請求項7又は8に記載のすべり軸受。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のすべり軸受を軸方向に離隔して配置し、隣り合うすべり軸受間にモータロータを配置してなるすべり軸受ユニット。
- 請求項10記載のすべり軸受ユニットを備えるモータ。
