Abstract
【解決手段】弁本体に、高圧通路部の出口に選択的に連通せしめられる第1入出口13及び第2入出口14が設けられた弁シート部、及び第1入出口13及び第2入出口14を介して低圧流体が導入される弁室が設けられ、流路切換過渡時に、弁体50における高圧通路部55の出口側端部55aが前記弁シート部65における第1入出口13と第2入出口14との間の部分に押し付けられた状態で摺動され、弁シート部における第1入出口13と第2入出口14との間に、流路切換過渡時において、高圧通路部55の高圧冷媒を弁室側に逃がすための溝、切欠、透孔等からなる逃がし通路部69が形成されている。

Description
図1は、本発明に係る多方(四方)切換弁の一実施形態を示す縦断面図である。なお、本実施形態の四方切換弁1において、前述した図3に示される従来の四方切換弁1’の各部に対応する部分には同一の符号が付されている。

Claims (5)
- 流路を切り換えるべくモータ等のアクチュエータにより回動せしめられる弁体と、該弁体を回動可能に保持する弁本体とを備えた多方切換弁であって、
前記弁体内に高圧流体が導入される高圧通路部が形成され、前記弁本体に、前記高圧通路部の出口側に選択的に連通せしめられる第1入出口及び第2入出口が設けられた弁シート部と前記第1入出口及び第2入出口を介して選択的に低圧流体が導入される弁室とが設けられ、流路切換過渡時に、前記弁体における高圧通路部の出口側端部が前記弁シート部における第1入出口と第2入出口との間の部分に押し付けられた状態で摺動するようにされ、
前記弁シート部に、流路切換過渡時において、前記高圧通路部の高圧冷媒を前記弁室側に逃がすための溝、切欠、透孔等からなる逃がし通路部が形成されていることを特徴とする多方切換弁。 - 前記弁体は、逆L形軸部を有し、該逆L形軸部内に、高圧冷媒を前記第1入出口及び第2入出口に選択的に導くための逆L形ないしクランク状の前記高圧通路部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多方切換弁。
- 前記逃がし通路部は、前記第1入出口と第2入出口との間に形成され、前記高圧通路部の出口側端部と部分的に重なり合うように、平面視楕円形、長円形、勾玉形、飯ごう形等とされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の多方切換弁。
- 前記弁室における前記アクチュエータ側に、前記第1入出口及び前記第2入出口が形成された弁シート部が設けられ、前記弁室における前記アクチュエータとは反対側の底部に前記弁体の高圧通路部に高圧流体を導くための高圧入口が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の多方切換弁。
- 前記弁室に開口する低圧出口が形成されて、四方切換弁として機能するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の多方切換弁。
