Abstract
【解決手段】ブレーキ装置3のブレーキパッドが圧接される平板環状の制動ディスク10と、制動ディスク10の内側に配置されたハブディスク20とを有し、制動ディスク10又はハブディスク20の表面に、アンチロックブレーキ装置のセンサ6が対面可能な凹部5を機械加工により周方向に一定間隔おきに形成した。

Description
図1〜図3に示すように、フローティングブレーキディスク1は、自動二輪車用のブレーキディスク1で、平板環状の制動ディスク10と、制動ディスク10の内側に所定の隙間をあけて内嵌装着したハブディスク20と、制動ディスク10とハブディスク20とをフローティング状態に連結する複数の連結手段30とを備え、自動二輪車のフロントフォーク2に回転自在に支持された前輪(図示略)のホイールハブに固定され、フロントフォーク2に取付けられたブレーキ装置3のブレーキパッド(図示略)にて制動ディスク10を挟持することで、前輪に対して制動力を付与できるように構成されている。

Claims (5)
- ブレーキパッドが圧接される平板環状の制動部と、制動部の内側に配置されたハブ部とを有し、
前記制動部又はハブ部の表面に、アンチロックブレーキ装置のセンサが対面可能な凹部を機械加工により周方向に一定間隔おきに形成した、
ことを特徴とするブレーキディスク - 前記制動部又はハブ部の両側面に前記凹部を形成した請求項1記載のブレーキディスク。
- 前記制動部の少なくとも一方の側面の内周部に前記凹部を形成した請求項1記載のブレーキディスク。
- 前記凹部として、ブレーキディスクの半径方向に細長い凹部を形成した請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のブレーキディスク。
- 前記凹部をホブ盤による機械加工で形成した請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のブレーキディスク。
