Abstract
【解決手段】直立する外筒2と、外筒2内に回転自在に配置され、外筒2の下端部の入口36から上端部の出口60まで濾過材を揉み洗いしつつ上方に移送する螺旋羽根18を備えたスクリューコンベア4と、スクリューコンベア4を回転駆動する駆動部6と、駆動部6の回転を制御する制御部30と、濾過材を外筒2内に導入する導入管38と、外筒2内から濾過槽に揉み洗いされた濾過材を排出する排出管61とを備えた洗浄装置1において、スクリューコンベア4と同軸に、出口60よりも上方において中心軸20の周囲に形成されて濾過材の上方への移動を規制する規制羽根19を設けるとともに、外筒2内の規制羽根19より上方に洗浄水を導入する洗浄水導入孔70を設ける。

Claims (9)
- 液体の浄化を行なうための濾過材を洗浄する濾過材洗浄装置であって、
前記濾過材を内部に導入するための入口、および、洗浄後の前記濾過材を外部に排出するための出口を備えた、直立する外筒と、
該外筒内に回転自在に配置され、前記入口から導入された前記濾過材を揉み洗いしつつ上方に移送する螺旋羽根を備えたスクリューコンベアと、
前記スクリューコンベアを回転駆動する駆動部と、
該駆動部の回転を制御する制御部とを備えてなる濾過材洗浄装置において、
前記スクリューコンベアが、該スクリューコンベアと同軸に、前記螺旋羽根の上方において中心軸の周囲に形成されて前記濾過材の上方への移動を規制する規制羽根を有し、
前記出口が、前記スクリューコンベアの前記螺旋羽根と前記規制羽根との間から送られた前記濾過材を排出するように設けられていることを特徴とする濾過材洗浄装置。 - 前記外筒が、該外筒内の少なくとも前記規制羽根より上方に洗浄水を導入する洗浄水導入孔を備えたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の濾過材洗浄装置。
- 前記規制羽根が、前記螺旋羽根と逆方向に螺旋が形成された螺旋状の羽根であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の濾過材洗浄装置。
- 前記規制羽根の螺旋ピッチが、前記螺旋羽根の螺旋ピッチよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項3記載の濾過材洗浄装置。
- 前記規制羽根が、平板状に形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の濾過材洗浄装置。
- 前記規制羽根が、下方に向けて広がる傘状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の濾過材洗浄装置。
- 前記規制羽根の上面および/または下面に、前記規制羽根の面と直交する方向に延びるとともに、前記規制羽根の回転方向と対向する面を有する板羽根が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の濾過材洗浄装置。
- 前記規制羽根に、前記洗浄水導入孔から導入された洗浄水を透過させる透過孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の濾過材洗浄装置。
- 前記濾過材の層を内部に有する濾過槽を備えるとともに、供給される原液を前記濾過材の層により濾過して前記原液中の濁質を除去した浄化液を外部に排出する濾過装置に対して、外付けで適用されるものであって、
前記外筒の前記入口および前記出口と前記濾過槽とを接続する配管を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の濾過材洗浄装置。
