Abstract
【解決手段】ジエン系ゴム100重量部に対し、部分炭化により表面に多孔質炭化層を形成したクルミ殻粉砕物を0.5〜10重量部配合してなるゴム組成物である。また、該ゴム組成物からなるトレッドを備えた空気入りタイヤである。部分炭化は、吸水効果を発揮する多孔質炭化層を形成するとともに、粒子の芯部分の靭性を維持し、植物粒状体の引っ掻き効果を保つように、重量減少率が20〜70%となる範囲で行う。

Description
・ブタジエンゴム:宇部興産(株)製の「UBEPOL BR150B」、
・カーボンブラック:東海カーボン株式会社製「シーストKH」(N339、HAF)、
・シリカ:東ソー・シリカ株式会社製湿式シリカ「ニップシールAQ」、
・シランカップリング剤:デグサ社製「Si75」、
・パラフィンオイル:株式会社ジャパンエナジー製「JOMOプロセスP200」。
・半炭化植物性粒状体3(500μm):26メッシュパス36メッシュオン(粒径420〜590μm)の市販クルミ殻粉砕物(株式会社日本ウォルナット製「ソフトグリット#36」)を用いた他は、全く、上記と同様にして半炭化を行った。すなわち、密閉したるつぼにて、500℃、5分間の焼成を行った。このようにして得られた茶褐色の「半炭化植物性粒状体」について平均粒径を測定したところ約500μmであった。
・超炭化植物性粒状体:市販クルミ殻粉砕物(株式会社日本ウォルナット製「ソフトグリット#100」)を用い、上記と同様の操作により、密閉したるつぼにて、500℃、20分間の焼成を行った。この焼成により、クルミ殻粉砕物は、炭化を通り越して、熱分解を生じ、灰分と、いくらかの、黒色の炭化物粒子のみとなった。平均粒径を上記のレーザ回折・散乱法により測定したところ、やはり約100μmであった。これは、焼成の際に、灰分が凝集し、偶然に、元のクルミ殻粉砕物と同様の平均粒径になったためと考えられる。
・樹脂処理植物性粒状体:市販クルミ殻粉砕物(株式会社日本ウォルナット製「ソフトグリットF180」)に対し、特開平10−7841号公報に記載の方法に準じてRFL処理液で表面処理を施したもの(処理後の植物性粒状体の平均粒子径は300μm)。
Claims (3)
- ジエン系ゴム100重量部に対し、平均粒径が30〜300μmの部分炭化植物性粒状体を0.5〜10重量部配合してなり、
該部分炭化植物性粒状体は、部分炭化処理の際の重量減少率が20〜70%であることを特徴とするゴム組成物。 - 植物性粒状体の表面をゴム接着性改良剤の樹脂液により処理したもの、及び/または、植物の多孔質性炭化物を、更に配合してなる請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載のゴム組成物からなるトレッドを備えた空気入りタイヤ。
