Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 必要に応じて予備接着した布をブラシ様ステッチング台の上に置き、この台の上で布をニードリングすることにより製造されるベロアニードル不織布であって、
その布が、少なくとも1種の高融点成分と少なくとも1種の熱的に活性化可能な低融点成分とを有する多成分フィラメントを含むフィラメントを備えるスパンボンデッド布を含むことを特徴とするベロアニードル不織布。 - 前記多成分フィラメントが2成分フィラメントを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベロアニードル不織布。
- 2成分フィラメントの割合が、前記ベロアニードル不織布の全重量に対して5%より多く、好ましくは15%より多いことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のベロアニードル不織布。
- 前記2成分フィラメントが、芯鞘型、サイド−バイ−サイド型(Side−By−Side)、海島型(Island−In−The−Sea)、および/またはPIE型(中空PIE(Hollow PIE)型を含む)フィラメントとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のベロアニードル不織布。
- 前記2成分フィラメントの前記低融点成分が、CoPET、CoPA、PA、PP、CoPP、アタクチックPP、および/またはPEを含むことを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載のベロアニードル不織布。
- 前記高融点成分が、PET、PLA、PBT、PA、および/またはPPを含むことを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載のベロアニードル不織布。
- 前記スパンボンデッド布が、全坪量の75%以下のステープルファイバーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のベロアニードル不織布。
- 前記ファイバーおよび/またはフィラメントが、クリンプしたファイバーおよび/またはフィラメントを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のベロアニードル不織布。
- 少なくとも1枚のベロアニードル不織布からなるプライを含み、かつベロア表面を形成している、特に商業および住宅部門におけるライニング内装用のテキスタイルカバーリングであって、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のベロアニードル不織布を特徴とするテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記テキスタイルカバーリングがその裏面、すなわち、前記ベロア表面の反対側の表面に、ヘビーレイヤーを備えていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記テキスタイルカバーリングがその裏面、すなわち、前記ベロア表面の反対側の表面に、吸音プライを備えていることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- プライおよび/または層のいくつか、またはすべての間に、結合層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記結合層が、低融点ポリマーからなるファイバーおよび/またはフィラメントを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記結合層が、少なくとも1種の高融点成分と少なくとも1種の低融点成分とを含む、多成分、好ましくは2成分のファイバーおよび/またはフィラメントを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記多成分または2成分のファイバーおよび/またはフィラメントの前記低融点ポリマーまたは成分が、CoPET、CoPA、PA、PP、アタクチックPP、および/またはPEを含むことを特徴とする請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記高融点成分が、PET、PA、PLA、PBT、および/またはPPを含むことを特徴とする請求項15または16に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記2成分ファイバーおよび/またはフィラメントが、芯鞘型、サイド−バイ−サイド型(Side−By−Side)、海島型(Island−In−The−Sea)および/またはPIE型(中空PIE(Hollow PIE)型を含む)フィラメントとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 全てのプライおよび/または層のフィラメントおよび/またはファイバーが、単一の同じポリマーおよび/またはその誘導体から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項10〜17のいずれか一項に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 乗員室またはトランクなどの自動車の内装のライニングのための請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のテキスタイルカバーリングの使用。
- カーペット床のための請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のテキスタイルカバーリングの使用。
