Description
Claims (18)
- 予備接着した布をブラシ様ステッチング台の上に置き、この台の上で布をニードリングすることにより製造されるベロアニードル不織布であって、
その布が、フィラメントを備えるスパンボンデッド布と、前記スパンボンデッド布に混合し、前記ベロアニードル不織布の全坪量の75%以下のステープルファイバーを含み、
前記フィラメントは、少なくとも1種の高融点成分と少なくとも1種の熱的に活性化可能な低融点成分とを有する多成分フィラメントを含み、
前記ベロアニードル不織布は熱融着不織布であり、前記多成分フィラメントは接着剤として機能し、
前記ステープルファイバーおよび/またはフィラメントが、クリンプしたステープルファイバーおよび/またはクリンプした連続フィラメントを含むベロアニードル不織布。 - 前記多成分フィラメントが2成分フィラメントを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベロアニードル不織布。
- 2成分フィラメントの割合が、前記ベロアニードル不織布の全重量に対して5%より多いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のベロアニードル不織布。
- 前記2成分フィラメントが、芯鞘型、サイド−バイ−サイド型(Side−By−Side)、海島型(Island−In−The−Sea)、中空PIEおよび/またはPIE型フィラメントとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のベロアニードル不織布。
- 前記2成分フィラメントの前記低融点成分が、CoPET、CoPA、PA、PP、CoPP、アタクチックPP、および/またはPEを含むことを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載のベロアニードル不織布。
- 前記高融点成分が、PET、PLA、PBT、PA、および/またはPPを含むことを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載のベロアニードル不織布。
- 少なくとも1枚のベロアニードル不織布からなるプライを含み、かつベロア表面を形成しているテキスタイルカバーリングであって、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のベロアニードル不織布を特徴とするテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記テキスタイルカバーリングがその裏面、すなわち、前記ベロア表面の反対側の表面に、ヘビーレイヤーを備えており、前記ヘビーレイヤーは、PE、CaCO3、EVAを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記テキスタイルカバーリングがその裏面、すなわち、前記ベロア表面の反対側の表面に、吸音プライを備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- プライおよび/または層のいくつか、またはすべての間に、結合層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記結合層が、低融点ポリマーからなるファイバーおよび/またはフィラメントを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記結合層が、少なくとも1種の高融点成分と少なくとも1種の低融点成分とを含む、多成分ファイバーおよび/またはフィラメントを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記多成分または2成分のファイバーおよび/またはフィラメントの前記低融点ポリマーまたは成分が、CoPET、CoPA、PA、PP、アタクチックPP、および/またはPEを含むことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記高融点成分が、PET、PA、PLA、PBT、および/またはPPを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 多成分フィラメントおよび/またはフィラメントは前記2成分ファイバーおよび/またはフィラメントを有し、前記2成分ファイバーおよび/またはフィラメントが、芯鞘型、サイド−バイ−サイド型(Side−By−Side)、海島型(Island−In−The−Sea)、中空PIEおよび/またはPIE型フィラメントとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項10〜14のいずれか一項に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 全てのプライおよび/または層のフィラメントおよび/またはファイバーが、単一の同じポリマーおよび/またはその誘導体から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8〜15のいずれか一項に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記テキスタイルカバーリングが自動車の内装のライニングを形成する請求項7に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
- 前記テキスタイルカバーリングがカーペットを形成する請求項7に記載のテキスタイルカバーリング。
