Abstract
Description
半導体モジュール220の中心にある1点を、温度調節装置110の高温側のブリッジエレメントに接着固定する。その点が十分に小さければ、接着剤が硬く、弾力的でなくても、半導体モジュール220が高温側から遠ざかる方向に曲がることができる。接着ゾーン230は、中心に位置しても縁辺に位置してもよい。半導体モジュール220の基礎面積全体に占めるその面積の割合は、好ましくは70%未満、好ましくは55%未満、または30%未満である。
半導体モジュール220を、高温側115でリング及び/又はフレームに接着する。その中心には扁平な窪みが存在するため、加熱/膨張時に半導体モジュール220がその中に盛り上がることができる。
半導体モジュールの高温側を、エッジのみによって高温のセラミック板に接着固定する。半導体モジュールの低温側も、エッジのみによって低温のセラミック板に接着固定する。このとき、両方のエッジが、半導体モジュール220の互いに向き合った端に当たるようにする。すると、セラミック板を横方向と上方向に幾らか動かした時、半導体モジュール220に遊びが生じる。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つの低温側(114)および高温側(115)を備える電熱変換器(112)であって、
前記変換器(112)のあらゆる構成部分が、前記変換器の作動時に生じる熱負荷を克服する、及び/又は、自らの機械的安定性を維持することを特徴とする電熱変換器。 - 請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの電熱変換器(112)を備えることを特徴とする温度調節装置(110)。
- 請求項1または2に記載の電熱変換器(112)及び/又は少なくとも1つの温度調節装置(110)を備えることを特徴とする、特に車両の内装品のための空気調節装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの温度調節装置(110)及び/又は空気調節装置を備えることを特徴とするクッション(400)。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの温度調節装置(110)、空気調節装置及び/又はクッション(400)を備えることを特徴とするシート(1110)、操縦装置(1120)、ドアトリムパネル(1150)、シートサポート(1160)、インストルメントパネル(1130)及び/又はアームレスト(1140)。
- 電気変換器(112)を備えた温度調節装置(110)を製造する方法であって、
前記変換器(112)が少なくとも1つの半導体モジュール(220)を備え、前記半導体モジュール(220)の基礎面が部分的にしか接着されないことを特徴とする方法。
