Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 光ディスクであって、
支持部と支持部の周りに配置された記録部とを有する環状基板で、前記支持部の厚みが前記記録部の厚みより大きく、前記記録部が前記環状基板の第1の側に位置し記録面を有する環状基板と、
前記記録面上に形成され、データを記録する塗布層と、
前記環状基板の前記塗布層上に形成され、前記光ディスクが受ける振動の応答時間を短縮する減衰層と、
前記環状基板の前記記録面に対する反対側に形成され、製造工程において生ずるディスクの変形を矯正する変形矯正層と、
を有することを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 前記変形矯正層は前記反対側の表面の一部領域上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光ディスク。
- 前記変形矯正層は、紫外線硬化性樹脂膜、二酸化ケイ素膜、ダイヤモンド状炭素膜、二フッ化マグネシウム膜又はフッ化塗布からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光ディスク。
- 前記変形矯正層は、印刷、塗布、スパッタリング、真空蒸着又は化学蒸着によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光ディスク。
- 前記変形矯正層の被膜厚みは、1μm〜600μmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光ディスク。
- 光ディスクの製造方法であって、
支持部と支持部の周りに配置された記録部とを有する環状基板で、前記支持部の厚みが前記記録部の厚みより大きく、前記記録部が前記環状基板の第1の側に位置し記録面を有する環状基板を作成する工程と、
前記記録面上に形成され、データを記録する塗布層を形成する工程と、
前記光ディスクが受ける振動の応答時間を短縮するために、前記環状基板の前記塗布層上に減衰層が形成される工程と、
製造工程において生ずるディスクの変形を矯正するために、前記環状基板の前記記録面に対する反対側の表面上に変形矯正層が形成される工程とを有することを特徴とする光ディスクの製造方法。 - 前記変形矯正層は前記反対側の表面の一部領域上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の光ディスク製造方法。
- 前記変形矯正層は、紫外線硬化性樹脂膜、二酸化ケイ素膜、ダイヤモンド状炭素膜、二フッ化マグネシウム膜又はフッ化塗布からなることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の光ディスクの製造方法。
- 前記変形矯正層は、印刷、塗布、スパッタリング、真空蒸着又は化学蒸着によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の光ディスクの製造方法。
- 前記変形矯正層の被膜厚みは、1μm〜600μmであることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の光ディスク製造方法。
