Abstract
Description
i)適した較正スケール(Eichstaffeln)を用いて、着色系(Faerbesystem)に含まれる成分ごとの作用マトリクスを作成する工程、
ii)目標色調の光学的材料パラメータを測定する工程、
iii)適した初期処方を選択する工程、
iv)前記初期処方と前記目標色調との間の色差を測定する工程、
v)前記作用マトリクスの考慮下での第一の調整される色処方を計算する工程、
vi)許容可能な残留色差に達するまで前記工程iv)及びv)を繰り返す工程
を包含する、目標色調に調整される着色色調の色処方計算方法であって、その際、前記作用マトリクスを、実行中の処理において常に色調関連情報により更新する方法が、これまで公知の方法の改善を、必要とされる調色工程の数の減少によってみならず、残留色差の最小化によっても改善することが示される。
−色調、例えば粒度分布及び表面性質及び顔料の層厚に影響を及ぼす、殊にペースト製造のために使用される顔料の原料変動、
−例えば顔料ペーストの中間生成物製造のための原料の秤量の際の変動及び、その際に生じる処理変動、
−バッチ製造のための中間生成物を秤量する際の変動及び、その際に生じる処理変動及び
−バッチの塗装に際しての施与パラメータ、例えばホーン空気、アトマイザー空気、流出速度、ベルト速度、高圧及びベル回転数及び他の環境パラメータ、例えば温度、湿度、下降流速度又はUV線
である。
Claims (4)
- 目標色調に調整される着色色調の色処方計算方法であって、以下の工程
i)適した較正スケールを用いて、着色系に含まれる成分ごとの作用マトリクスを作成する工程、
ii)目標色調の光学的材料パラメータを測定する工程、
iii)適した初期処方を選択する工程、
iv)前記初期処方と前記目標色調との間の色差を測定する工程、
v)前記作用マトリクスの考慮下での第一の調整される色処方を計算する工程、
vi)許容可能な残留色差に達するまで前記工程iv)及びv)を繰り返す工程
を包含する色処方計算方法において、前記作用マトリクスを、実行中の処理において常に色調関連情報により更新することを特徴とする、目標色調に調整される着色色調の色処方計算方法。 - 前記色調関連情報を、実験室試験、品質検査、導入検査及び運転中サンプルから得ることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記作用マトリクスを、実験室試験、品質検査、導入検査及び運転中サンプルからの色調関連情報により拡張することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 塗料及び印刷インキ又はポリマー分散液を調色するための、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法の使用。
