Abstract
Description
−弁装置を再生モードへ調節し;
−圧力媒体需要量を作動部材、たとえばジョイスティックで調節し;
−圧力媒体所要量もしくは圧力媒体需要量が不変のままでポンプ吐出流量が低下した場合に、流入側の圧力室がポンプに接続されかつ流出側の圧力室がタンクに接続される標準運転へ弁装置を自動的に切り換える、
より成るステップを実施することを特徴とする、ハイドロリック式の消費器を制御するための方法ならびに請求項7の特徴部に記載の特徴組合せを有するハイドロリック式の制御装置、すなわち制御ユニットを介して、両圧力室が共にポンプに接続されるように弁装置が制御可能であり、さらに前記制御ユニットを介して、所定の最大ポンプ圧が達成された場合またはほぼ不変の圧力媒体需要量において流入路内の圧力媒体容積流が低下した場合に、自動的に標準運転への切換が実施可能であり、該標準運転において、供給路がポンプに接続されていて、戻し路がタンクに接続されていることを特徴とする、消費器への圧力媒体供給のためのハイドロリック式の制御装置により解決される。
Claims (16)
- 弁装置(18,20)を介してポンプ(22)またはタンク(24)に接続され得る供給側および戻し側の圧力室(10,12)を有するハイドロリック式の消費器(2,4)であって、弁装置(18,20)の制御が制御ユニット(6)によって行なわれ、該制御ユニット(6)を介して弁装置(18,20)が再生モードへ調節可能であり、該再生モードで両圧力室(10,12)が可変容量型ポンプ(22)に接続されている形式のハイドロリック式の消費器(2,4)を制御するための方法において、
−弁装置(18,20)を再生モードへ調節し;
−圧力媒体需要量を作動部材、たとえばジョイスティックで調節し;
−圧力媒体需要量が不変のままでポンプ吐出流量が低下した場合に、流入側の圧力室がポンプ(22)に接続されかつ流出側の圧力室がタンク(24)に接続される標準運転へ弁装置(18,20)を自動的に切り換える、
より成るステップを実施することを特徴とする、ハイドロリック式の消費器を制御するための方法。 - ポンプ吐出流量を、傾転角度と、与えられたポンプ圧におけるポンプ回転数とから求める、請求項1記載の方法。
- 実際ポンプ圧を検出して、規定された目標ポンプ圧と比較し、圧力差を入力信号としてレギュレータ(47)に供給し、該レギュレータ(47)の出力信号を、傾転角度のための尺度とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 可変容量型ポンプ(22)に電子比例式の傾転角度コントロール部が対応配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 再生モードを、消費器(2,4)の規定の運動方向において出発状況として前調節する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 再生モードから標準運転への切換をランプ状に行う、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの消費器(2,4)への圧力媒体供給のためのハイドロリック式の制御装置であって、電気的またはエレクトロハイドロリック的に連続的に調節可能な弁装置(18,20)が設けられており、該弁装置(18,20)を介して、消費器(2,4)の供給側の圧力室がポンプ(22)に接続可能であり、消費器(2,4)の戻し側の圧力室がタンク(24)に接続可能であり、さらに制御ユニット(6)が設けられている形式のハイドロリック式の制御装置において、該制御ユニット(6)を介して、両圧力室が共にポンプに接続されるように弁装置(18,20)が制御可能であり、さらに前記制御ユニット(6)を介して、所定の最大ポンプ圧が達成された場合またはほぼ不変の圧力媒体需要量において流入路内の圧力媒体容積流が低下した場合に、自動的に標準運転への切換が実施可能であり、該標準運転において、供給路がポンプ(22)に接続されていて、戻し路がタンク(24)に接続されていることを特徴とする、消費器への圧力媒体供給のためのハイドロリック式の制御装置。
- ポンプが、電子比例式の傾転角度コントロール部を備えた可変容量型ポンプ(22)である、請求項7記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。
- 実際ポンプ圧を検出するための圧力センサ(48)が設けられている、請求項7または8記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。
- 実際ポンプ圧と所定の目標ポンプ圧との比較に関連してポンプレギュレータ(25)のための入力信号を形成するためのレギュレータ(47)が設けられている、請求項9記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。
- レギュレータ(47)がPIレギュレータまたはPIDレギュレータである、請求項10記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。
- 可変容量型ポンプ(22)の傾転角度を検出するための傾転角度センサが設けられている、請求項7から11までのいずれか1項記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。
- 傾転角度コントロール部が出力コントロールを可能にする、請求項7から12までのいずれか1項記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。
- 各消費器(2,4)の供給路および戻し路に、2つの切換位置と1つの開いたニュートラル位置とを有する、電気的またはエレクトロハイドロリック的に連続的に調節可能な方向切換弁(68,70)と、降下ブレーキ弁(72,74)とが配置されている、請求項7から13までのいずれか1項記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。
- 降下ブレーキ弁(72,74)が圧力制限機能を有している、請求項14記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。
- 方向切換弁(68,70)が、ニュートラル位置でタンク(24)に向かって開いている、請求項14または15記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。
