Abstract
Description
‐タイヤを裏返しにして内壁をトーラスの外部に位置させると共に外壁をトーラスの内部に位置するようにするステップと、
‐タイヤの公称インフレーション圧力よりも高い内部インフレーション圧力を外壁に及ぼすことによりタイヤのトーラス外壁を伸長させるステップと、
‐材料層をタイヤの内壁に被着させるステップと、
‐タイヤを裏返しにして内壁及び外壁をこれらの初期位置に戻すステップとを有することを特徴とする方法にある。
Claims (8)
- 材料の層(25,26)を、内壁(28)及び外壁(29)を備えたトーラスの形態をしていて、クラウン(22)を有するサイクル用タイヤ(20)の内壁に被着させる方法であって、前記クラウンの延長部として、2つのサイドウォール(21)、2つのビード(23a,23b)及び前記ビード内に配置された2本のビードワイヤ(30a,30b)が設けられており、前記タイヤが所与の公称インフレーション圧力を有し、前記方法は、次のステップ、即ち、
‐前記タイヤ(20)を裏返しにして前記内壁(28)を前記トーラスの外部に位置させると共に前記外壁(29)を前記トーラスの内部に位置するようにするステップと、
‐前記タイヤの前記公称インフレーション圧力よりも高い内部インフレーション圧力を前記外壁(29)に及ぼすことにより前記タイヤの前記トーラス外壁(29)を伸長させるステップと、
‐前記材料層(25,26)を前記タイヤ(20)の前記内壁(28)に被着させるステップと、
‐前記タイヤ(20)を裏返しにして前記内壁(28)及び前記外壁(29)をこれらの初期位置に戻すステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記内部インフレーション圧力は、3〜8バールである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記材料層(25,26)を被着させる前に、前記タイヤの前記内壁(28)に対してクリーニング作業を実施する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記材料層(26)を前記タイヤの前記内壁(28)上への前記材料の直接的押し出しによって被着させる、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記材料層(26)を前記タイヤの前記内壁(28)上への材料のストリップの直接的押し出しによって被着させる、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記タイヤ(20)は、チューブレスタイヤである、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記材料は、セルフシール製品である、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 被着される前記材料層は、延伸性の熱可塑性フィルム(27)で覆われたセルフシール材料の層(26)を有するセルフシールラミネート(25)である、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
