Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、偏光板が付着されていない表示装置の揮点不良を修理する方法において、揮点不良を有する色フィルタがレッド(R)領域である場合、波長が270〜550nmであるレーザを照射し、前記色フィルタがグリーン(G)領域である場合、波長が270〜480nm又は600〜750nmであるレーザを照射し、前記色フィルタがブルー(B)領域である場合、波長が270〜390nm又は520〜750nmであるレーザを照射することのうち少なくともいずれか一つを含む。

Claims (13)
- 偏光板が付着されていない表示装置の揮点不良を修理する方法において、
揮点不良を有する色フィルタがレッド(R)領域である場合、波長が270〜550nmであるレーザを照射し、
前記色フィルタがグリーン(G)領域である場合、波長が270〜480nm又は600〜750nmであるレーザを照射し、
前記色フィルタがブルー(B)領域である場合、波長が270〜390nm又は520〜750nmであるレーザを照射することのうち少なくともいずれか一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする表示装置の揮点不良修理方法。 - 前記レーザのパルス幅は100ns以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置の揮点不良修理方法。
- 前記レーザの反復周波数は1Hz〜1kHzであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置の揮点不良修理方法。
- 前記レーザの強さを調節することがさらに付加されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置の揮点不良修理方法。
- 前記レーザのプロファイルはフラットトップ形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置の揮点不良修理方法。
- 前記レーザが前記色フィルタの厚さの20%〜90%を黒化処理できるように、前記レーザの強さ及び焦点距離を調節することがさらに付加されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置の揮点不良修理方法。
- 前記表示装置にオーバーコート層が含まれていない場合、前記レーザのパルス幅が50ns以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置の揮点不良修理方法。
- 前記レーザの反復周波数は1Hz〜100Hzであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の表示装置の揮点不良修理方法。
- 前記レーザのパワーは10mW以下であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の表示装置の揮点不良修理方法。
- 前記レーザを前記色フィルタにスキャン方式で照射することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置の揮点不良修理方法。
- 前記レーザを前記色フィルタにブロックショット方式又はマルチブロックショット方式で照射することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置の揮点不良修理方法。
- 前記レーザを前記色フィルタ及びそれに隣接するブラックマトリックスに照射することを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載の表示装置の揮点不良修理方法。
- 前記レーザは、イッテルビウムレーザ、Ti―サファイアレーザ、Nd:YLFレーザ、Nd:ガラスレーザ、Nd:バナデート(YVO4)レーザ、Nd:YAGレーザ、ファイバレーザ及びダイレーザのうち少なくともいずれか一つを用いて生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置の揮点不良修理方法。
