Description
以下、この発明の実施の形態を図について説明する。図1に、本発明の実施の形態1にかかるCF基板の平面図を示す。図2は、図1においてA−Aで示す箇所の断面図である。図3は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる輝点欠陥の修復を示すCF基板の断面図である。
ガラス基板1上に第1遮光部2aとなるブラックマトリクスを形成する。まず、クロム等の金属膜をスパッタ法や蒸着法などの成膜方法により形成する。その後、写真製版プロセスを経て、図1に示すように第1遮光部2aの形状にパターニングを行う。

Claims (6)
- 液晶と、
前記液晶に電圧を印加する画素電極と、
前記画素電極に電圧を印加するスイッチング素子と、
前記画素電極以外の領域を覆って、前記画素電極と対向する開口部を有する遮光部と、
前記開口部の全面と重なり合うように形成される色材と、
前記遮光部の一部であって、前記色材に隣接する封入部と
前記封入部に覆われている黒色粉末封入ポケットと、
前記黒色粉末封入ポケット内に封入されている黒色粉末と、
を有することを特徴とする液晶表示パネル。 - 液晶と、
前記液晶に電圧を印加する画素電極と、
前記画素電極に電圧を印加するスイッチング素子と、
前記画素電極以外の領域を覆って、前記画素電極と対向する開口部を有する遮光部と、
前記開口部の全面と重なり合うように形成される色材と、
前記遮光部内に配設されて、前記色材に近接する柱スペーサーと
前記柱スペーサーに覆われている黒色粉末封入ポケットと、
前記柱スペーサーの上部にあって前記黒色粉末封入ポケットを封止する封入部と、
前記黒色粉末封入ポケット内に封入されている黒色粉末と、
を有することを特徴とする液晶表示パネル。 - 前記黒色粉末封入ポケットは、前記色材よりも厚いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかの請求項に記載の液晶表示パネルに対して、
レーザー光を前記黒色粉末封入ポケットに照射することにより
前記黒色粉末を前記遮光部から前記開口部へと拡散させる工程を含むことを特徴とする
液晶表示パネルの修復方法。 - 前記開口部の中央部に対応する領域の前記色材にレーザー光を照射することにより、
前記色材の光透過率を低くする工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする
請求項4に記載の液晶表示パネルの修復方法。 - 前記遮光部内にあって前記色材に近接する柱スペーサーを有し、
前記柱スペーサーは、前記黒色粉末封入ポケットを有していることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の液晶表示パネルの修復方法。
