Claims (13)
- 편광판이 부착되지 않은 표시장치의 휘점불량을 수리하는 방법에 있어서,휘점불량이 있는 색필터가 레드(R)영역인 경우 파장이 270~550nm인 레이저를 조사하는 단계와,상기 색필터가 그린(G)영역인 경우 파장이 270~480nm 또는 600~750nm인 레이저를 조사하는 단계와,상기 색필터가 블루(B)영역인 경우 파장이 270~390nm 또는 520~750nm인 레이저를 조사하는 단계 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 휘점불량 수리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레이저의 펄스폭(pulse duration)은 100ns이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 휘점불량 수리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레이저의 반복주파수는 1Hz ~ 1kHz인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 휘점불량 수리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레이저의 세기를 조절하는 단계가 더 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 휘점불량 수리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레이저의 프로파일은 플랫 탑 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 휘점불량 수리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레이저는 상기 색필터의 두께의 20% 내지 90%를 흑화처리할 수 있도록 상기 레이저 빔의 세기와 초점 거리를 조절하는 단계가 더 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 휘점불량 수리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표시장치에 오버코트층이 포함되어 있지 않은 경우, 상기 레이저의 펄 스폭(pulse duration)이 50ns이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 휘점불량 수리방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 레이저의 반복주파수는 1Hz ~ 100Hz인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 휘점불량 수리방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 레이저의 파워는 10mW이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 휘점불량 수리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레이저를 상기 색필터에 스캔방식으로 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 휘점불량 수리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레이저를 상기 색필터에 블럭샷 방식 또는 멀티블럭샷 방식으로 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 휘점불량 수리방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,상기 레이저를 상기 색필터 및 그에 이웃하는 블랙매트릭스에 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 휘점불량 수리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레이저는 Ytterbium 레이저, Ti-Sapphire 레이저, Nd:YLF 레이저, Nd:Glass 레이저, Nd:Vanadate(YVO4) 레이저, Nd:YAG 레이저, Fiber 레이저 및 Dye 레이저 중 적어도 어느 하나를 이용하여 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 휘점불량 수리방법.
