Claims (3)
- 半導体材料(32;42)の堆積をその上に有する基板(31;41);前記半導体材料の堆積に電力を供給するためのフィードスルー(33;34);前記基板の周辺に密封固定されかつ、前記基板の前面である、その一部分に開口(35;45)を有するキャップ(34;44);前記LEDの内部に面する表面上に蛍光体(38;48)の層を有するガラス(36;48)であって、前記基板、キャップおよびガラスから成る組立部が密封された空間(37、47)を形成するように、前記開口の端部に密封固定されたガラス、とを備え、前記空間は不活性ガスで充填され、半導体材料の前記堆積を包囲し、かつゲッタ材料(13;22)を含んでいる、LED(30;40)において、前記ゲッタ材料(13;22)は、前記密封空間(37;47)中に配置されている金属部分(10;20)の一表面上にのみ、前記空間に面する前記金属部分の表面がゲッタ材料を含まないようにして、堆積されていることを特徴とする、LED。
- 請求項1に記載のLED(30)であって、前記金属部分(10)は前記密封空間(37)内に収容され、かつ、リングの形状を有するバンドを備え、前記リングからは、互いに120°で配置されかつ前記基板(31)上に置かれた3個のレッグ(12)が延びている、LED(30)。
- 請求項1に記載のLED(40)であって、前記金属部分(20)は、溶接スポットあるいはその弾性的性質によって、キャップ(44)の内表面に向かって適切な位置に保持されるリング(21)の形状を有した金属バンドで形成されている、LED(40)。
