Claims (19)
- 薄板ガラス;
前記薄板ガラスの一方の面に形成される量子点コーティング層;
前記量子点コーティング層と向き合うように配置され、側方では発光ダイオードが配置される導光板;及び
前記薄板ガラスと前記導光板との間に形成され、前記量子点コーティング層を外部と遮断させる封止材;
を含むことを特徴とする色変換用基板。 - 前記導光板と向き合う前記量子点コーティング層の表面には凹凸構造のパターンが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色変換用基板。
- 前記薄板ガラスの他方の面には凹凸構造のパターンが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色変換用基板。
- 前記導光板は、ガラス導光板またはポリマー導光板からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色変換用基板。
- 前記導光板がガラス導光板からなる場合、前記封止材はフリットからなり、前記導光板がポリマー導光板からなる場合、前記封止材はエポキシからなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の色変換用基板。
- 前記量子点コーティング層と前記封止材との間に配置される吸湿剤を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色変換用基板。
- 第1薄板ガラス;
前記第1薄板ガラスの下面に形成される量子点コーティング層;
前記量子点コーティング層の下面に密着する第2薄板ガラス;
前 記第1薄板ガラスと前記第2薄板ガラスとの間に形成されて、前記量子点コーティング層を外部と遮断させる封止材;及び
前記第2薄板ガラスの下側に配置され、側方では発光ダイオードが配置される導光板;
を含むことを特徴とする色変換用基板。 - 前記量子点コーティング層の下面には凹凸構造のパターンが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の色変換用基板。
- 前記第1薄板ガラスの上面には凹凸構造のパターンが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の色変換用基板。
- 前記第2薄板ガラスの下面には凹凸構造のパターンが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の色変換用基板。
- 前記封止材はフリットからなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の色変換用基板。
- 前記量子点コーティング層と前記封止材との間に配置される吸湿剤を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の色変換用基板。
- 請求項1または請求項7に記載の色変換用基板;
前記色変換用基板の前方に配置されるディスプレイパネル;及び
前記色変換用基板の導光板の側方に配置され、前記色変換用基板と側面発光型バックライトユニットをなす発光ダイオード;
を含むことを特徴とするディスプレイ装置。 - 前記ディスプレイパネルはLCDパネルであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 量子点が含まれているペーストを薄板ガラス上にコーティングして量子点コーティング層を形成する第1段階;
他の薄板ガラスまたは導光板を前記薄板ガラスと対向し且つ前記量子点コーティング層と向き合うように配置する第2段階;及び
前記薄板ガラスと前記他の薄板ガラスとの向き合う面縁または前記薄板ガラスと前記導光板との向き合う面縁を、封止材を介して封止する第3段階;
を含むことを特徴とする色変換用基板の製造方法。 - 前記第1段階では、前記ペーストの硬化程度を調節して、前記量子点コーティング層の表面に凹凸構造のパターンを形成することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の色変換用基板の製造方法。
- 前記封止材は、前記第1段階で前記薄板ガラスに塗布するか、または前記第2段階で前記他の薄板ガラスまたは前記導光板に塗布することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の色変換用基板の製造方法。
- 前記封止材としてはフリットまたはエポキシを使用することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の色変換用基板の製造方法。
- 前記第2段階の実施の前に、前記量子点コーティング層の周りに沿って吸湿剤を配置することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の色変換用基板の製造方法。
