Claims (9)
- 転がり軸受(13,14,16)のための又は滑り軸受(19)のための軸受部品(1a,1b,1,7,9)であって、内輪(1a,1)、外輪(1b,7)、転動体(9)、保持器、又は案内輪である前記軸受部品(1a,1b,1,7,9)において、
前記軸受部品(1a,1b,1,7,9)が、第1の構成部品(2)と、前記第1の構成部品(2)に結合されている第2の構成部品(3)とを備え、
前記第2の構成部品(3)と前記第1の構成部品(2)とが、半凝固金属プロセスによって結合されていることを特徴とする軸受部品(1a,1b,1,7,9)。 - 前記半凝固金属プロセスが、チクソモールディングプロセス、チクソキャスティングプロセス、チクソ鍛造プロセス、チクソ結合プロセス、レオモールディングプロセス、レオキャスティングプロセス、レオ鍛造プロセス、又はレオ結合プロセスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受部品(1a,1b,1,7,9)。
- 前記第1の構成部品(2)が、軽量材料、軽金属材料、アルミニウム、チタン、鋳鉄、低炭素鋼、電気絶縁材料、断熱材料、衝撃吸収材料、弾性材料、又は緩衝材料のうち少なくとも1つの材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受部品(1a,1b,1,7,9)。
- 前記第2の構成部品(3)が、鋼、軸受鋼、ステンレス鋼、硬質金属、超硬合金、金属炭化物、セラミック材料、真鍮、青銅、電気絶縁材料、又は断熱材料のうち少なくとも1つの材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受部品(1a、1b、1、7、9)。
- 前記軸受部品(1a,1b,1,7,9)が、輪体(1a,1b,1,7)であり、
前記第2の構成部品(3)が、接触面(4a,4b,4c,4)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受部品(1a,1b,1,7,9)。 - 前記輪体(1a,1b,1,7)が、前記内輪(1a,1)又は前記外輪(1b,7)であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の軸受部品(1a,1b,1,7,9)。
- 前記内輪(1a,1)と前記外輪(1b,7)と複数の転動体(12,15)を少なくとも備え、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の前記軸受部品(1a,1b,1,7,9)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする転がり軸受(13,14,16)。 - 前記転がり軸受(13,14,16)が、玉軸受(13)、円筒ころ軸受(14)、球面ころ軸受、トロイダルころ軸受、テーパころ軸受、円錐ころ軸受、針状ころ軸受、スラスト軸受、車輪用軸受(16)、ピニオン軸受、又はフランジ付き軸受であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の転がり軸受(13,14,16)。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の前記軸受部品(1a,1b)を備えていることを特徴とする滑り軸受(19)。
