Description
は実質的に耐候性をもったフィルム2、2’および担体材料3、3’から成り、該担体材料には密封層5、5’に対する接着促進剤としてフィルム4、4’が隣接している。密封層5、5’は太陽電池系6に対してノンポジティブに連結(kraftschluessige Verbindung;non−positive connection)されている。
陽電池システム6に供給する。同時に、貯蔵ロールAまたはBから引き出した材料のウエッブをそれぞれ加熱ステーション21または21aへ供給し、この中でカプセル化材料は少なくとも密封層5または5’の軟化温度に加熱される。これによって一方では層20と20’との間で確実に複合体が生成し、他方では太陽電池システム6と層20および20‘との間でも複合体が生成する。この予備複合体の硬化、およびカプセル化用材料に使用された重合体の交叉結合を達成するために、予備複合体は加熱ステーション23に供給される。光起電性モジュール用の予備複合体24’は貯蔵ロールCの上に貯蔵され、従って必要に応じ再びこのロールから引き出すことができる。
担体材料3、3’:ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレンナフテネート(PEN)、エチレンテトラフルオロエチレン共重合体(ETFE)、並びにフィルムまたはフィルム複合体の形をしたそれらの同時押出し物;
接着促進剤4、4’としてのフィルム:ポリアミド12(PA12);
密封層5、5’:酢酸エチルビニル(EVA)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、ロノマー(lonomer)、ポリメタクリル酸メチル(PMMA)、ポリウレタン、ポリエステルまたはホットメルト(Hotmelt)。
Claims (18)
- 光起電性モジュールの製造に対する、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレンナフテネート(PEN)、またはエチレンテトラフルオロエチレン共重合体(ETFE)から成る群から選ばれる担体材料(3、3’)を含んで成り、また担体材料の両側に隣接したポリアミド12の層(2、2’、4、4’)含んで成るプラスチック複合体(1、1’)の使用。
- 担体材料(3、3’)は接着層によってポリアミド12の層(2、2’、4、4’)にノンポジティブに連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプラスチック複合体の使用。
- 接着層の中の接着剤はポリウレタンおよび/またはポリエステル接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のプラスチック複合体の使用。
- 該複合体は同時押出し法により製造し得ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプラスチック複合体の使用。
- 同時押出し法において少なくとも1種の接着促進剤をさらに使用することを特徴とする請求項4記載のプラスチック複合体の使用。
- 該層の間に蒸気層から沈積させた酸化物層を備えた重合体フィルムが使用されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載されたプラスチック複合体の使用。
- 蒸気層から沈積させた酸化物層を備えた重合体フィルムはポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、またはポリエチレンナフテネート(PEN)、またはエチレンテトラフルオロエチレン共重合体(ETFE)のフィルム、並びにフィルムまたはフィルム複合体の形をしたそれらの同時押出し物を含んで成ることを特徴とする請求項6記載のプラスチック複合体の使用。
- 蒸気層から沈積させた酸化物層は酸化アルミニウムまたは酸化珪素の層を含んで成ることを特徴とする請求項6または7記載のポリマー複合体の使用。
- 層の間にアルミニウムフィルムが使用されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプラスチック複合体の使用。
- 少なくとも一つの層の上に接着層としてさらに一つの層が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプラスチック複合体の使用。
- 接着層は単一層または多重層であり、ポリウレタン、および/またはポリエステル、および/またはポリアクリレートからなることを特徴とする請求項10記載のプラスチック複合体の使用。
- 接着層は同時押出し法により被覆される請求項10または11記載のプラスチック複合体の使用。
- 接着層はローラ被覆装置により被覆される請求項10または11記載のプラスチック複合体の使用。
- 少なくとも一つの層は着色していることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに
記載されたプラスチック複合体の使用。 - 層(3、3’)は物理的媒体により予備処理されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプラスチック複合体の使用。
- 密封層(5、5’)は層(2、2’)または層(4、4’)に被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプラスチック複合体の使用。
- 密封層(5、5’)は酢酸エチルビニル(EVA)、またはポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、またはロノマー、またはポリメタクリル酸メチル(PMMA)、またはポリウレタン、またはポリエステル、またはホットメルト、並びにフィルムまたはフィルム複合体の形をしたそれらの同時押出し物を含んで成ることを特徴とする請求項16記載のプラスチック複合体の使用。
- 層(2、2’)または(4、4’)は少なくとも一つの上方の面において物理的および/または化学的に処理されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプラスチック複合体の使用。
