Claims (14)
- 粘性流体を計量するためのバルブであって、
一端に開口部(3.1)を有するシンブル(3)と、
前記シンブル(3)の内部に配置されていると共に、前記開口部(3.1)を閉鎖することが可能なストッパ(4.1)が設けられているプランジャ(4)であって、該ストッパは閉鎖位置では前記シンブルの前記開口部近傍の外表面(9)と面一となることが可能である、プランジャ(4)と、
を備え、
前記開口部の通路面(So)の直径(Do)と前記開口部の深さ(P)との比は1よりもはるかに大きいことを特徴とする、粘性流体を計量するためのバルブ。 - 前記ストッパの閉鎖面(11)は点状、面状又は球の錐台状である、請求項1に記載の計量バルブ。
- 前記シンブルは外側から見ると前記開口部(3.1)近傍では凸状領域又は平坦領域(10)を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の計量バルブ。
- 形状が半球に対応する凸状領域を含む、請求項3に記載の計量バルブ。
- 前記開口部は凸状領域の場合では該凸状領域の頂部に位置し、平坦領域の場合では該平坦領域の中央に位置する、請求項3又は4に記載の計量バルブ。
- 前記プランジャは、少なくとも部分的に磁性材料又は磁気流透過性材料から成る、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の計量バルブ。
- 前記バルブは、磁性材料から成るヨーク(2)をさらに備え、該ヨーク及び前記プランジャは、磁場の存在下において該ヨークと該プランジャとの間に引力を生成することが可能であるように作製される、請求項6に記載の計量バルブ。
- 前記シンブルの通路面(Sd)と前記開口部の前記通路面(So)との比は1よりもはるかに大きい、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の計量バルブ。
- 前記プランジャを閉鎖位置に押すことが可能なばね(5)をさらに備える、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の計量バルブ。
- 前記ばねは少なくとも部分的に前記プランジャの内部に配置される、請求項9に記載の計量バルブ。
- 前記プランジャは、前記流体を前記シンブルの到着領域(1)から該シンブルの前記開口部に通す少なくとも1つの開口部(4.2)を含む、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の計量バルブ。
- 前記プランジャを前記閉鎖位置と前記開口部が現れる位置との間で移動させることが可能な手段(6)をさらに備える、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の計量バルブ。
- 前記手段は前記シンブルを覆う電気コイル(6)を含む、請求項12に記載の計量バルブ。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載のバルブを備える、流体容器。
