Claims (13)
- 大型マルチシリンダターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジンにおけるスカッフィング前状態を検出するための方法であって、
全てのシリンダのシリンダ壁温度を連続的または断続的に測定することと、
全てのシリンダの掃気ボックスの空気温度を連続的または断続的に測定することと、
前記シリンダ壁温度および前記掃気ボックスの前記空気温度を組み合わせた情報に基づいて、シリンダの温度進行がスカッフィング前事象を示すか否かを判断することと、
スカッフィング前事象であると判断する場合はスカッフィング前警報を発令することと、
を含む、方法。 - 全てのシリンダについて、前記シリンダ壁温度および前記掃気ボックスの前記空気温度とは異なる位置において別のシリンダ関連温度を連続的にまたは断続的に測定することと、前記シリンダ壁温度、前記掃気ボックスの前記空気温度、およびその他のシリンダ関連温度を組み合わせた情報に基づいて、スカッフィング前事象の前記判断を行うこととをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- あるシリンダの温度が変動し、そのシリンダの前記温度変動のピーク間またはディップ間の時間間隔が所定の範囲内に収まり、前記温度変動におけるピークとディップの温度の違いが所定の閾値を上回る場合に、警報が発令される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記変動が少なくとも所定数連続する場合に、スカッフィング前警報が発令される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- シリンダ潤滑レベルを、前記警報が発令されるシリンダの通常動作のレベルを上回るレベルに増加させることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 負荷レベルを、前記警報が発令されるシリンダの通常動作のレベルを下回るレベルに減少させることをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- その他のシリンダ関連温度を液体媒体において測定する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記前記その他のシリンダ関連温度はシリンダライナ冷却水温度である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記その他のシリンダ関連温度はピストン冷却油温度である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- その他のシリンダ関連温度を気体媒体において測定する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記その他のシリンダ関連温度はシリンダの排ガス温度である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- あるシリンダのシリンダ関連温度の進行を、当該シリンダ関連温度について、残りのシリンダの一部または全部における温度進行と比較することをさらに含む、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 大型マルチシリンダターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジンにおけるスカッフィング前状態を検出するための装置であって、前記装置は、シリンダ壁温度を測定する温度センサおよび掃気ボックスの空気温度を測定する別の温度センサをシリンダ毎に少なくとも各1つ有し、これらの温度センサは、組み合わせた情報に基づいて、シリンダの温度進行がスカッフィング前事象を示すか否かを判断するように構成されるプロセッサに接続され、前記プロセッサは、スカッフィング前事象であると判断する場合はスカッフィング前警報を発令するように構成される、装置。
