Claims (11)
- 取付け芯(13)を支持し、かつ受圧室(11)を画成する弾性材による軸受弾性体(12)を備え、前記受圧室(11)は、具体的には空気である気体を充填されてノズル開口(18)を介して雰囲気または別の室に連通している、具体的にはエンジンマウントである、自動車用空気圧式防振マウント(10)であって、前記軸受弾性体(12)に対向して配置され、前記軸受弾性体(12)と協働して前記受圧室(11)を画成する弾性材による前記変形部材(17)をさらに備えることを特徴とするマウント。
- 前記変形部材(17)は、前記受圧室(11)とは反対側に、少なくとも1つの空気室(21)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマウント。
- 前記空気室(21)は、前記変形部材(17)内に形成された少なくとも1つの溝状凹部(22)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のマウント。
- 前記ノズル開口(18)が前記変形部材(17)を貫通して設けられていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか1つに記載のマウント。
- 前記軸受弾性体(12)および前記変形部材(17)が、カップ状の筐体内に収容されていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか1つに記載のマウント。
- 通気口(23a、23b)が、前記空気室(21)の前記領域内で前記筐体(15)に設けられていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか1つに記載のマウント。
- 前記空気室(21)が、ノズル開口(24)を介して前記受圧室(11)と連通していることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか1つに記載のマウント。
- 前記変形部材(17)が、単一硬化部材として形成されていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか1つに記載のマウント。
- 前記変形部材(17)が、一体形成型取付フランジ(19)を備え、このフランジにより前記筐体(15)にスナップ嵌合されていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか1つに記載のマウント。
- 前記ノズル開口(18)が前記取付フランジ(19)内に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のマウント。
- 前記変形部材(17)が前記筐体(15)内に硬化されている、または前記筐体(15)内に接合されていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか1つに記載のマウント。
