Description
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの合わせ部分(2、3)の材料接合部(4)の自動非接触非破壊試験方法であって、
a.前記材料接合部(4)は、
i.溶融部(5)と
ii.前記溶融部(5)を取り囲む非溶融部(6)と
からなる2区画接合部であり;
b.赤外線画像の検査が、
i.少なくとも1つの励起源(8)が試験サンプル(1)を励起し;
ii.少なくとも1つの赤外線センサー(9)が、発生した熱流を一連の熱画像で検出し;
iii.前記一連の熱画像から結果画像を取得し;
iv.前記熱画像および前記結果画像を検査することで行われる;
自動非接触非破壊試験方法において、
c.前記材料接合部(4)を通過する熱流ダイナミクス(W)を示す結果画像からの前記溶融部(5)の検出が、
i.画像背景(H)の熱流ダイナミクス(W)を超える最小閾値(Wmin)を求め;
ii.前記材料接合部(4)を通過する前記熱流ダイナミクス(W)のピーク値に対応する最大閾値(Wmax)を求め;
iii.前記最小閾値(Wmin)と前記最大閾値(Wmax)との間で動的閾値(Wdyn)が変動し;
iv.前記動的閾値(Wdyn)を超える前記熱流ダイナミクス(W)の値を示す、前記材料接合部(4)を通過する前記熱流ダイナミクス(W)の一連の領域(B)を求め;
v.周辺部における急激な変化(ΔU)に関して、前記熱流ダイナミクス(W)の前記領域(B)を検査し;
vi.前記領域(B)から領域(Bi)として前記溶融部(5)を求め、前記周辺部における急激な変化(ΔU)は、前記溶融部(5)と前記非溶融部(6)との間の境界(7)を横断したことを示しており;
vii.前記溶融部(5)の位置および大きさを評価する、ことで行われることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記最小閾値(Wmin)が、前記画像背景(H)の前記熱流ダイナミクス(W)の基準領域(R)から求められることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記最大閾値(Wmax)が試験領域(T)から求められ、
a.前記試験領域(T)が、前記最小閾値(Wmin)を超える前記熱流ダイナミクス(W)の値を示す領域(S)の中心に位置し;
b.前記最大閾値(Wmax)が、前記試験領域(T)からの前記熱流ダイナミクス(W)の値の平均値であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記最大閾値(Wmax)が、同じ大きさの数箇所の試験領域(T)から求められ、
a.前記試験領域(T)が、前記最小閾値(Wmin)を超える前記熱流ダイナミクス(W)の値を示す領域(S)に位置し、
b.各試験領域(T)に対して、前記熱流ダイナミクス(W)の値の平均値が前記試験領域(T)から求められ、
c.前記最大閾値(Wmax)が前記平均値の最大値であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記動的閾値(Wdyn)が増分量(ΔWdyn)で変動し、前記増分量(ΔWdyn)が反復的に求められることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記材料接合部(4)が溶接点であり、前記溶融部(5)が溶接ナゲットと称され、前記非溶融部(6)が溶接グルーと称されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶接点が材料特性曲線(K)を用いて評価され、
a.種々の残りの材料厚さ(M)を有し少なくとも2つの合わせ部分(2、3)を相互に連結する基準溶接点によって、前記特性曲線(K)が求められ;
b.前記残りの材料厚さ(M)が各基準溶接点について測定され;
c.熱流ダイナミクス(W)のピーク値が各基準溶接点について測定され;
d.前記熱流ダイナミクス(W)の前記ピーク値および関連する残りの材料厚さ(M)から前記特性曲線(K)が作成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記最大閾値(Wmax)が第1の制限値(G1)と比較され、前記最大閾値(Wmax)が前記制限値(G1)を超える場合、前記溶接点に孔が存在することを意味することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記最大閾値(Wmax)が第2の制限値(G2)と比較され、前記最大閾値(Wmax)が前記第2の制限値(G2)未満である場合、前記溶接点に空隙が存在することを意味することを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記溶接点の表面損傷が別の画像を用いて検出され、
a.前記画像が、前記溶接ナゲットを検出した前記結果画像の座標系と同じ座標系を備え;
b.前記溶接ナゲットの検出された領域(Bi)で表面損傷の検出および評価が行われることを特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
