Abstract
Procédé et machine pour le contrôle des points de soudure par résistance selon lesquels on observe au moyen d'une caméra vidéo sensible aux rayons infrarouges un point de soudure qui vient d'être réalisé à un instant bien déterminé de son refroidissement, en vue de le comparer à un point de soudure étalon observé antérieurement dans les mêmes conditions. Selon l'invention on asservit la valeur et le passage du courant de soudage au moyen du signal vidéo et des signaux de synchronisation provenant de ladite caméra, signaux qui sont exploités pour effectuer une reconnaissance d'image par comptage de lignes de balayage ou de points définis le long des lignes par une horloge, lorsque ce signal vidéo devient supérieur à une tension électrique représentative du niveau d'émission de rayonnement infrarouge de la périphérie du point de soudure étalon. Soudure par points.
