Abstract
Description
(a)液状のアルミニウム溶融物を噴霧化して、アルミニウム粒子を得る工程、
(b)工程(a)で得られたアルミニウム粒子を集めて、噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体を得る工程、および
(c)場合によっては、工程(b)で集めた噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体を分級する工程。
−たとえばブタジエンまたはイソプレンのようなジエンを基とするジエンゴム(ABS);
−アクリル酸のアルキルエステル、たとえば、アクリル酸n−ブチルおよびアクリル酸2−エチルヘキシルを基とするアクリル酸アルキルゴム(ASA);
−エチレン、プロピレンおよびジエンを基とするEPDMゴム(AES);
または、これらのゴムおよび/またはゴムモノマーの混合物。
誘導るつぼ形炉(Induga製、炉容量は約2.5トン)の中に、アルミニウム棒を連続的に導入して溶融させる。前炉においては、そのアルミニウム溶融物は、約720℃の温度で、液状である。インジェクターの原理に基づいて動作する複数のノズルをその溶融物の中に浸漬し、アルミニウム溶融物を垂直上向きに噴霧させる。噴霧ガスは、圧縮機(Kaeser製)中で圧縮して20バールとし、ガスヒーターで約700℃にまで加熱する。得られる噴霧化されたアルミニウムは、飛行中に固化し、冷却される。誘導炉は密閉されたプラントの中に統合されている。噴霧化は、不活性ガス(窒素)下で実施する。噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体をまずサイクロンの中に堆積させるが、その中で堆積させた噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体は、14〜17μmのd50を有している。さらに下流で、マルチサイクロンによって堆積させると、ここで堆積させた噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体は、2.3〜2.8μmのd50を有している。気体/固体の分離は、フィルター(Alpine製)の中で、金属エレメント(Pall製)を用いて実施する。この場合には、超微細画分として、0.7μmのd10、1.9μmのd50、および3.8μmのd90を有する噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体が得られる。
ポットミル(長さ:32cm、幅:19cm)の中に、4kgのガラスボール(直径:2mm)、75gのa)からの超微細アルミニウム粉体、200gのホワイトスピリット、および3.75gのオレイン酸を仕込む。次いでこの仕込み物を58rpmで15時間摩砕する。ホワイトスピリットを用いて洗浄して生成物を粉砕ボールから分離し、次いで25μmの篩の上での湿式篩別操作で篩別する。吸引フィルター上で微細粒子状物質からほとんどのホワイトスピリットを除き、次いで実験室用ミキサー中でホワイトスピリットを用いたペースト化を行う(約50%の固形分割合)。
噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体:
使用した噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体は、本発明実施例1に従って調製した。その粉体は、そのサイズ分布曲線で以下の特性値を有している:D10,powder=0.7μm;d50,powder=1.6μm;d90,powder=3.2μm。
ポットミル(長さ:32cm、幅:19cm)の中に、4.7kgのガラスボール(直径:2.0mm)、67gの本発明実施例3からの超微細アルミニウム粉体、200gのホワイトスピリット、および10gのオレイン酸を仕込む。次いでこの仕込み物を43rpmで22時間摩砕する。ホワイトスピリットを用いて洗浄して生成物を粉砕ボールから分離し、次いで25μmの篩の上での湿式篩別操作で篩別する。吸引フィルター上で微細粒子状物質からほとんどのホワイトスピリットを除き、次いで実験室用ミキサー中でホワイトスピリットを用いたペースト化を行う(約50%の固形分割合)。
DE 103 15 775 A1に基づいた手順で、ポットミル(長さ:32cm、幅:19cm)の中に、3.1kgのガラスボール(直径:2mm)、93gのアルミニウム粉体(dpowder,10=3.9μm、dpowder,50=6.7μm、dpowder,90=10.3μm)、310gのホワイトスピリット、および3.75のオレイン酸を仕込む。次いでこの仕込み物を58rpmで15時間摩砕する。ホワイトスピリットを用いて洗浄して生成物を粉砕ボールから分離し、次いで25μmの篩の上での湿式篩別操作で篩別する。吸引フィルター上で微細粒子状物質からほとんどのホワイトスピリットを除き、次いで実験室用ミキサー中でホワイトスピリットを用いたペースト化を行う(約60%の固形分割合)。
本発明実施例9:
本発明実施例1からの球体のアルミニウム粒子を含む本発明の粉体を、熱可塑性ポリプロピレン(PP)(R 771−10;DOW、Germany、Wesseling)との混合物として加工し、射出成形によって板(面積42×60mm、厚み2mm)を形成させた。
140μmのD50値と230μmのD90値(D99値:決定不能)(実施例1と同様にしてHelos装置を用いて決定)を有する球体のアルミニウム粒子を、本発明実施例9と同じ方法で、PPを用いて加工した。
1.5μmのD10値、4.0μmのD50値および10.0μmのD90値(本発明実施例1と同様にしてHelos装置を用いて決定)を有する、微細な、微小板状アルミニウム効果顔料(PC200、Eckart GmbH & Co.KG、Fuerth、Germany)を、本発明実施例9と同じ方法で、PPを用いて加工した。
アンチモンをドープさせた酸化スズ粒子(Mark−it(商標)顔料、Engelhard Corporation、USA)を、本発明実施例9に従って、PPを用いて加工した。
アンチモンをドープさせた酸化スズのコーティングを含むマイカフレーク(Lazerflair(登録商標)825、E.Merck KGaA、Germany)を、本発明実施例9に従って、PPを用いて加工した。
Claims (15)
- 噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体であって、
前記粉体が、0.15〜3.0μmのd10、0.8〜5.0μmのd50、および2.0〜8.0μmのd90の粒子サイズ分布を有することを特徴とする、噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体。 - 前記粉体が、0.15〜0.6μmのd10、0.8〜2.0μmのd50、および2.0〜4.0μmのd90の粒子サイズ分布を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体。
- 前記粉体が、前記アルミニウム粉体の全重量を基準にして、99.0%〜99.9重量%のアルミニウム含量を有することを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体。
- 前記噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体粒子が、球体、好ましくは球状、ボール様、および/またはほぼ楕円体の形態を有することを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体。
- 次の
(a)液状のアルミニウム溶融物を噴霧化して、アルミニウム粒子を得る工程、
(b)前記工程(a)で得られたアルミニウム粒子を集めて、噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体を得る工程、および
(c)場合によっては、前記工程(b)で集めた噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体を分級する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体を製造する方法。 - 前記液状のアルミニウムが、好ましくは窒素および/またはヘリウムの、不活性ガス雰囲気下で噴霧化されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体が、任意の工程(c)において、空気分級器および/またはサイクロンによって分級されることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 前記噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体を、分級の前に、さらなる噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体と混合するか、および/または均質化することを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 微小板形状のアルミニウム顔料を製造するための、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体の使用であって、前記微小板形状のアルミニウム顔料が、走査型電子顕微鏡による厚み計測によって求めて、15〜75nmの平均厚みを有する、使用。
- 前記微小板形状のアルミニウム顔料が、走査型電子顕微鏡による厚み計測によって求め、相当する相対度数の累積篩下曲線から、Δh=100×(h90−h10)/h50の式によって計算して、30%から70%未満までの厚み分布の相対幅、Δhを有する、請求項9に記載の噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体の使用。
- プラスチック中におけるレーザーマーキング剤またはレーザー溶着化剤としての、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体の使用。
- プラスチック中の前記粉体の割合が、それぞれの場合において、前記プラスチックの全重量を基準にして、重量で0.0005%〜0.8%、好ましくは0.001%〜0.5%である、請求項11に記載の噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体の使用。
- 前記プラスチック中の前記アルミニウム粒子の割合が、それぞれの場合において、前記レーザーマーク可能なプラスチックの全重量を基準にして、重量で0.005%〜0.5%、好ましくは0.01%〜0.1%である、プラスチックのためのレーザーマーキング剤としての、請求項11または12に記載の噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体の使用。
- 前記プラスチックが、プラスチックフィルムまたはラベルであることを特徴とする、プラスチックのためのレーザーマーキング剤としての、請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載の噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体の使用。
- 前記プラスチックが、それぞれの場合において、前記レーザーマーク可能なプラスチックフィルムの全重量を基準にして、重量で0.01%〜1.0%、好ましくは0.02%〜0.5%の噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体の割合を有するプラスチックフィルムであることを特徴とする、レーザーマーキング剤としての、請求項14に記載の噴霧化されたアルミニウム粉体の使用。
