Abstract
それぞれ複数のバッテリーセルまたは単位モジュールが中で互いに直列に接続されている複数の長方形バッテリーモジュールが、幅方向(縦方向)及び高さ方向(横方向)に、少なくとも2個により、積み重ねられており、該長方形バッテリーモジュールが全体的に六面体構造(六面体積重構造)を構成し、該六面体積重構造の外側縁部がフレーム部材により固定され、該長方形バッテリーモジュールの入力及び出力端子が、該長方形バッテリーモジュールの入力及び出力端子が該六面体積重構造の一表面(a)を向くように配置される構造に構築されている、バッテリーモジュールアセンブリー用の電力切換モジュールであって、該電力切換モジュールが、該六面体積重構造の該表面(a)に連結様式で取り付けられた絶縁性基材、該絶縁性基材上に取り付けられた、該長方形バッテリーモジュールの充電及び放電の際に電圧及び電流を制御するための素子、及び該絶縁性基材上に取り付けられた、該制御素子同士を相互接続するための接続部材を備えてなる、電力切換モジュールを開示する。
Description
Claims (15)
- バッテリーモジュールアセンブリー用の電力切換モジュールであって、
それぞれ複数のバッテリーセルまたは単位モジュールが中で互いに直列に接続されている複数の長方形バッテリーモジュールが、幅方向(縦方向)及び高さ方向(横方向)に、少なくとも2個により、積み重ねられており、前記長方形バッテリーモジュールが全体的に六面体構造(六面体積重構造)を構成し、前記六面体積重構造の外側縁部がフレーム部材により固定され、前記長方形バッテリーモジュールの入力及び出力端子が前記六面体積重構造の一表面(a)を向くように、前記長方形バッテリーモジュールの入力及び出力端子が配置されてなる、構造に構築されてなり、
前記電力切換モジュールが、
前記六面体積重構造の前記表面(a)に連結様式で取り付けられた絶縁性基材と、
前記長方形バッテリーモジュールの充電及び放電の際に電圧及び電流を制御するための、前記絶縁性基材上に取り付けられた素子(制御素子)と、及び
前記絶縁性基材上に取り付けられた、前記制御素子同士を相互接続するための接続部材を備えてなる、電力切換モジュール。 - 前記制御素子が、過電流及び過電圧を可逆的様式で自動的に中断するための主継電器と、
初期放電工程の際に前記主継電器に優先的に接続され、電圧及び電流を低下させる見掛け電荷継電器と、
前記見掛け電荷継電器に接続された、電流及び電圧を下げるための抵抗と、
電気を手動で中断するためのサービスプラグと、及び
カソードまたはアノード接続回路上で電流を検出するための電流センサーを包含する、請求項1に記載の電力切換モジュール。 - 前記長方形バッテリーモジュールの前記六面体積重構造が、2個の長方形バッテリーモジュールが横方向で配置されて、前記長方形バッテリーモジュールが互いに対向するようになり、及び
一個以上の長方形バッテリーモジュールが、それぞれの長方形バッテリーモジュールに対して縦方向で配置されてなる、構造に構築されてなる、請求項1に記載の電力切換モジュール。 - それぞれの長方形バッテリーモジュールにおける前記バッテリーセルまたは前記単位モジュールが、前記六面体積重構造の対向する表面の対(b、c)に対して平行に配置され、及び
気密密封部材が、前記対向する表面(b、c)に取り付けられてなる、請求項3に記載の電力切換モジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールの前記入力及び出力端子が、前記バッテリーモジュールによって構成される前記六面体積重構造の前記表面(a)で前記絶縁性基材の予め決められた区域に突き出ている場合、
前記サービスプラグが、前記バッテリーモジュールの前記入力及び出力端子の対向側部に配置され、
前記主継電器が、前記基材の中央区域に配置され、
外部入力及び出力端子が、前記サービスプラグの片側に配置され、
前記抵抗が、前記サービスプラグに斜めに対向する側に配置され、
前記見掛け電荷継電器が、前記サービスプラグの側で、前記抵抗の上に配置され、
前記電流センサーが、前記主継電器と前記外部入力及び出力端子との間に配置されてなる、請求項2に記載の電力切換モジュール。 - 前記接続部材が、板の形状に形成された母線である、請求項1に記載の電力切換モジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールのカソードまたはアノードが、前記サービスプラグ、前記主継電器、前記見掛け電荷継電器、前記電流センサー、及び前記外部入力及び出力端子をこれらの順序で有してなる接続回路を構築し、
前記バッテリーモジュールの前記アノードまたは前記カソードが、前記サービスプラグ及び前記外部入力及び出力端子の順序を有する接続回路を構築する、請求項1に記載の電力切換モジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールにより構成される前記六面体積重構造の前記表面(a)上に前記基材が取り付けられる場合、
前記サービスプラグ及び前記外部入力及び出力端子が一緒に配置され、前記サービスプラグ及び前記外部入力及び出力端子が前記基材の側に露出するようにされてなる、請求項5に記載の電力切換モジュール。 - 前記フレーム部材が、前記六面体積重構造における12個の縁部を固定する全てのフレームが一体的に形成されてなるか、または前記六面体積重構造の一表面を構成する、前記六面体積重構造における少なくとも4個の縁部を固定するフレームが一体的に形成されてなる、構造に構築されてなる、請求項1に記載の電力切換モジュール。
- 前記フレーム部材が、互いに対向する表面の対(b、c)に位置する前記六面体積重構造の各4個の縁部を固定するためのフレームが一体的に形成され、残りの4個の個別フレームが、前記一体化されたフレームに連結される、構造に構築されてなる、請求項1に記載の電力切換モジュール。
- 連結部分が、前記絶縁性基材の対向する横側から突き出してなり、
前記絶縁性基材が、一体化された前部フレームと、一体化された後部フレームと、上側右フレームと、及び下側右フレームを包含する前記フレーム部材の開いた右側に取り付けられてなる、請求項10に記載の電力切換モジュール。 - バッテリー管理装置(BMS)をさらに備えてなる、請求項1に記載の電力切換モジュール。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の電力切換モジュールを包含するバッテリーモジュールアセンブリー。
- ハイブリッド電気自動車の電源として使用される、請求項13に記載のバッテリーモジュールアセンブリー。
- 電源として請求項13に記載のバッテリーモジュールアセンブリーを包含するハイブリッド電気自動車。
