Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 충방전이 가능한 다수의 이차전지들로 구성된 전지모듈 어셈블리와, 상기 전지모듈 어셈블리와 연동되어 차량의 모터 및 전장의 작동을 위한 전기로 변환시키는 전기장치 어셈블리를 포함하고 있고, 상기 어셈블리들은 서로 인접한 상태에서 하나의 하우징 케이스에 내장되어 있으며, 상기 어셈블리들 사이에는 전기장치 어셈블리로부터 전지모듈 어셈블리로의 열복사를 방지하기 위한 구조를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전원 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열복사 방지 구조는 어셈블리들 사이에 장착되는 단열 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전원 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열복사 방지 구조는 하우징 케이스의 일측으로부터 연장된 차단 벽인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전원 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 차단 벽에 의해 하우징 케이스를 관통하는 통로가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전원 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지모듈 어셈블리와 전기장치 어셈블리는 전체적으로 육면체의 형상으로 대략 유사한 크기를 가지며, 하우징 케이스의 좌우에 나란히 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전원 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지모듈 어셈블리는, 다수의 전지셀들 또는 단위모듈들이 직렬로 연결되어 있는 장방형 전지모듈 다수 개가 그것의 폭 방향(종 방향) 및 높이 방향(횡 방향)으로 2 개 또는 그 이상씩 적층되어 전체적으로 육면체 구조(육면 적층체)를 이루고 있고, 상기 육면 적층체의 외주 모서리들은 프레임 부재에 의해 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전원 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 전지모듈들 각각의 입출력 단자들은 상기 육면 적층체의 일면(A)을 향하도록 배향되어 있고, 입출력 단자들의 배향 면(A)에는 PSM(Power Switching Module)와 BMS(Battery Management System)가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전원 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전기장치 어셈블리는, 전지셀의 방전시 전지모듈 어셈블리로부터 발생한 직류 전기를 교류 전기로 변환하는 인버터와, 전지셀의 방전시 전지모듈 어셈블리로부터 발생한 고전압 전기를 저전압 전기로 변환하는 변환기를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전원 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 케이스는 상기 어셈블리들이 장착되기 위한 수납부를 포함하고 있는 케이스 본체와, 상기 어셈블리들이 장착된 상태에서 케이 스 본체를 밀봉하는 케이스 커버로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전원 시스템.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 전지모듈 어셈블리에 인접한 케이스 본체의 측면에는 외부로 관통하는 개구(a)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 개구(a)와 동일한 케이스 본체 측면에는 전기장치 어셈블리가 외부로 통하는 개구(b)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전원 시스템.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 개구(b)에는 흡입식 냉각 팬이 장착되어 있어서, 개구(a)를 통해 유입된 냉매가 전지모듈 어셈블리와 전기장치 어셈블리를 순차적으로 통과한 후 개구(b)를 통해 외부로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전원 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 어셈블리는 차량의 소정 부위에 결합 및 장착하기 위한 프레임 부재(장착용 프레임 부재)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전원 시스템.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 장착용 프레임 부재에 의해 전원 시스템은 차량의 뒷좌석 배면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전원 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 전원장치를 포함하고 있는 하이브리드 전기자동차.
