Claims (6)
- 少なくともモータとコンプレッサと圧力計とを備える特に携帯可能/輸送可能な装置内の空気を圧縮するためのコンプレッサユニットにおいて、
圧力計(1)がねじ結合部(2)を介してコンプレッサユニットに結合され、圧力媒体がねじ山(5、6)を通して圧力計に供給されることを特徴とするコンプレッサユニット。 - 前記コンプレッサが、スライダクランク機構によって駆動される往復ピストンコンプレッサ(4)を有し、前記スライダクランク機構が、クランクホイールと、クランクホイールとピストンとに結合された結合ロッドとから構成されることと、前記圧力計が往復ピストンコンプレッサの高圧側出口管路(3)に付設され、ねじ結合部(2)を介して出口管路に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサユニット。
- 前記ねじ山の長さ、及び前記ねじ山の先端と前記ねじ山の根元との間の間隙が、前記圧力計内の圧力サージが減衰されるように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のコンプレッサユニット。
- 前記ねじ山内の材料組み合わせが、腐食を防止するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコンプレッサユニット。
- 補償体積が、流れ方向に前記ねじ結合部の上流に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のコンプレッサユニット。
- 前記補償体積が、流れ方向の前記ねじ結合部の上流のノズル装置によって発生されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のコンプレッサユニット。
