Claims (5)
- 内外に設けられかつ互いに角を成している別個の回転軸線の周りに回転可能な2つの構造部分特に抄紙機用幅張出しロールのロール芯及びロール外被の回転支持用転がり軸受装置であって、
外側構造部分(25)を回転支持する外側転がり軸受(2)、
外側転がり軸受(2)を保持しかつ外側転がり軸受(2)の角度変化を可能にする玉継手(8)、
内側構造部分(23)を回転支持する角度変化可能な内側転がり軸受(13)、及び
内側偏心環(12)及び外側偏心環(7)から成る偏心器を含み、
これらの偏心環(7,12)を介して両方の転がり軸受(2,13)の中心(M1,M2)が互いに変化可能である
転がり軸受装置。 - 外側偏心環(7)の外側(10)及び外側転がり軸受(2)の内レース(4)の内側(9)が、玉継手(8)を形成するため球欠状に輪郭を形成され、かつ内外にかみ合っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の転がり軸受装置。
- 外側偏心環(7)の内側(20)及び内側偏心環(12)の外側(21)が、玉継手(8)を形成するため球欠状に輪郭を形成され、かつ内外にかみ合っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の転がり軸受装置。
- 外側転がり軸受(2)が、高い回転速度用の転がり軸受特に2列ころ軸受であることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の転がり軸受装置。
- 内側転がり軸受(13)が球面ころ軸受であることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の転がり軸受装置。
