Claims (19)
- 自動車のアクティブシャシのバネ力特性を制御する装置であって、
自動車(10)の車体(12)と車輪キャリアとの間に取付けられるホイールスプリング装置(15i)であって、作動装置(16i)を制御することにより該ホイールスプリング装置(15i)のバネ力特性を変更できるホイールスプリング装置(15i)と、
自動車(10)の走行方向前方の経路の垂直断面を表す予測変数(hi)を検出するためのセンサ(21)と、
前記ホイールスプリング装置(15i)のバネ力特性が、自動車(10)の走行方向前方の経路の感知された垂直断面の形状に適合されるように、検出された前記予測変数(hi)に基づいて前記作動装置(16i)を制御する制御装置(22)と、
を有する装置。 - 前記ホイールスプリング装置(15i)で利用可能なバネ行程が、前記バネ力特性を適合させることにより、感知された垂直断面の前記形状に従って変更されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサ(21)が、前記垂直断面を感知するためのレーザスキャナであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 2つのレーザスキャナが前記自動車(10)の前方領域を的確に検知するように取付けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記センサ(21)が画像生成レーダシステム又はCCDカメラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 検出された前記予測変数(hi)が、感知された垂直断面の三次元図を提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(22)が、時間的に連続して感知された垂直断面を重畳することによって前記予測変数(hi)を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(22)が、検出された予測変数(hi)に基づいて、感知された垂直断面に適合される前記作動装置(16i)を制御する方策を選択することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記方策が、前記予測変数(hi)が基づく予測範囲に基づいて選択されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(22)が、走行中の路面に対する車体(12)の現在の運動状態を表す計算された状態変数(ζi)に基づいて、前記予測変数(hi)を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(22)が、時間的に連続して感知された垂直断面の比較に基づいて前記状態変数(ζi)を計算することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記状態変数(ζi)が、長手方向軸線に対する車体(12)の縦揺れ運動を表す縦揺れ角変数、及び/又は横方向軸線に対する前記車体(12)の横揺れ運動を表す横揺れ角変数、及び/又は垂直軸線に対する前記車体(12)の往復運動を表す往復運動変数の関数であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(22)が、前記作動装置(16i)を制御するために、前記予測変数(hi)に依存するパイロット制御変数(si)を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(22)が、前記予測変数(hi)のデータの品質に基づいて前記パイロット制御変数(si)を変更することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(22)が、前記パイロット制御変数(si)と、前記予測変数(hi)のデータの品質に依存する品質係数(gi)とを乗算することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記品質係数(gi)が、前記データの品質によって増加する0〜1の範囲の値を有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記車体(12)の現在の運動状態に基づいて前記作動装置(16i)を制御し、かつ前記車体(12)の現在の及び/又は予想される運動状態を考慮しつつ前記作動装置(16i)で前記パイロット制御変数(si)を調節する制御装置(22)と相互作用する制御部(24)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 自動車のアクティブシャシのバネ力特性を制御する方法であって、自動車(10)の走行方向前方の経路の垂直断面を検出する予測変数(hi)が検出され、自動車(10)の車体(12)と車輪キャリアとの間に取付けられた前記アクティブシャシのホイールスプリング装置(15i)のバネ力特性が、検出された予測変数(hi)に基づいて、自動車(10)の走行方向前方の経路の感知された垂直断面の形状に適合される方法。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の装置を備えることを特徴とする自動車。
