Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- ガス流を除湿するためのプロセスであって、
そのいくつかは毛管凝縮を生じることができるように十分小さい、複数の孔と、第1の側部と、第2の側部とを備えた浸透膜を有する半透壁を提供するステップと、
前記半透壁によって部分的に形成された区画内に浸透流体を収容するステップであって、前記浸透膜の前記第2の側部は、前記浸透流体に露出するステップと、
前記浸透膜の前記第1の側部を除湿される前記ガス流に露出するステップと、
前記除湿プロセス中に、前記浸透膜にわたって十分高い水濃度勾配を維持して、前記浸透膜を通る水の流量を得るステップと、を含む、プロセス。 - 浸透層は、前記第1の側部と第2の側部との間に延在する厚さを有し、前記厚さは、前記除湿プロセス中に、水架橋が前記第1の側部から前記第2の側部の方へ延在するような厚さである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記浸透層の厚さは、約5ナノメートルから100ナノメートルの間である、請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記半透壁は、可撓性である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記半透壁は、折り畳み構造を含む、請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- 前記折り畳み構造は、複数のひだを含む、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記半透壁は複数の管を形成し、前記浸透流体は前記管の内側に配置される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記半透壁は複数の管を形成し、前記浸透流体は前記管の外側に配置される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記浸透流体を再生して、高濃度の溶質を前記浸透流体内に維持するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記浸透流体を再生するステップは、前記浸透流体から余分な水を蒸発させるステップを含む、請求項9に記載のプロセス。
- 前記浸透流体を再生するステップは、溶質を前記浸透流体に添加するステップを含む、請求項9に記載のプロセス。
- 前記浸透流体は、前記浸透流体内にその飽和限度を上回る溶質を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 除湿のための装置であって、
毛管凝縮を生じることができるように十分小さいいくつかの孔と、第1の側部と、第2の側部とを備えた浸透膜を有する、少なくとも1つの半透性浸透壁と、
前記浸透壁によって部分的に形成された、少なくとも1つのガス流区画であって、前記各浸透膜の第1の側部は、前記ガス流区画に露出するガス流区画と、
前記浸透壁によって部分的に形成された、少なくとも1つの浸透流体区画であって、前記各浸透膜の第2の側部は、前記浸透流体区画に露出する浸透流体区画と、を備える、装置。 - 少なくとも1つの浸透流体区画内に配置され、浸透膜層の前記第2の側部と接触する、浸透流体をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記浸透流体は、前記浸透流体内にその飽和限度を上回る溶質を含む、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの浸透壁は、折り畳み構造を有する、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 浸透層は、前記第1の側部と第2の側部との間に延在する厚さを有し、前記厚さは、前記除湿プロセス中に、水架橋が前記第1の側部から前記第2の側部の方へ延在するような厚さである、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記浸透層の前記厚さは、約5ナノメートルから100ナノメートルの間である、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記半透性浸透壁は、可撓性である、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 浸透流体再生器をさらに備える、請求項13に記載の装置。
- ガス流を除湿するためのプロセスであって、
そのいくつかは毛管凝縮を生じることができるように十分小さい複数の孔を備えた浸透膜を有する半透壁を提供するステップと、
前記半透壁によって部分的に形成された区画内に浸透流体を配置するステップと、
前記浸透膜を利用して、浸透流体が前記半透膜を通過しないようにするステップと、
前記浸透膜内の毛管凝縮によって、前記ガス流から水蒸気を除去するステップと、
前記除湿プロセス中に、前記浸透膜に十分高い水濃度勾配を維持して、前記浸透膜を通る水の流量を得るステップと、を含む、プロセス。 - 除湿のための装置であって、
毛管凝縮を生じることができるように十分小さいいくつかの孔を備えた浸透膜を有する、少なくとも1つの半透性浸透壁と、
前記浸透壁によって部分的に形成された、少なくとも1つのガス流区画と、
前記浸透壁によって部分的に形成された、少なくとも1つの浸透流体区画と、
前記浸透流体区画内に配置される浸透流体であって、該浸透流体は、前記浸透膜を通る水の流量を生じさせるのに十分大きな水濃度勾配を前記浸透膜にわたって生じさせるのに十分大きな溶質濃度を有する浸透流体と、を備え、
前記浸透膜は、実質的に全ての浸透流体を前記浸透流体区画内に維持し、前記ガス流区画内に配置されたガス内に含まれる水蒸気を凝縮するように動作可能である、装置。
