Claims (11)
- 乳酸およびグリコール酸のコポリマー、ポリラクチド、ポリグリコリド、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリプロピレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、またはポリビニルアルコールおよびこれらのポリマーの誘導体もしくは組み合わせの少なくとも1つのポリマー層、ならびにラパマイシンでコーティングされた、ステント。
- ラパマイシンが、再狭窄予防の必要性に時間適合および用量適合する溶出グラフ内の少なくとも2つの増加段階によって特徴付けられる1つのポリマーもしくはポリマー誘導体もしくは均一混合物を通って連続的に溶出される、請求項1に記載のステント。
- ラパマイシンの前記溶出グラフが2つの傾斜を有する、請求項1または2に記載のステント。
- ラパマイシンを含むPLGAのポリマー層でコーティングされた、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のステント。
- 前記ステントが、血液適合性ポリマーの最下コーティングを有する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のステント。
- 前記血液適合性コーティングが、前記ステントの表面に共有結合されている、請求項5に記載のステント。
- ラパマイシンが、第2の活性薬剤と組み合わされて存在する、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のステント。
- 前記第2の活性薬剤が、タクロリムス、パクリタキセルおよびその誘導体、ファスジル(登録商標)、ビトロネクチンレセプターアンタゴニスト、サリドマイド、シクロスポリンA、テルグリド、リスリド、セレコキシブを含む群から選択される、請求項7に記載のステント。
- ラパマイシンが、0.001〜10mg/cm 2 ・ステント表面の濃度を有する、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のステント。
- ステント支柱だけではなくステント支柱間の隙間もまた、ラパマイシンが存在するポリマーでコーティングされる、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のステント。
- 前記ステントが、スプレー法、ディッピング法、ブラッシング法、ピペッティング法、エレクトロスピニング法、シャボン玉法、プラズマ法、および/またはレーザー技術によって、連続的または逐次的にコーティングされる、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のステント。
