Description
Claims (7)
- 基板の一方の面に形成されて電気的な信号を伝送する導電性の伝送部と、
前記基板の他方の面に形成される接地部と、
前記基板の両面の間に所定のパターンを有するように形成され、前記伝送部と接地部を互いに接続して前記伝送部を接地する誘導性素子と、
を備える伝送線路。 - 前記伝送部は、長手方向に沿って一定の間隔をあけて配置される1以上の容量性素子を備える請求項1に記載の伝送線路。
- 前記容量性素子は、インターディジタル(IDT)型のパターンを有する請求項2に記載の伝送線路。
- 前記誘導性素子は、基板の上下方向に延在する螺旋状素子を備える請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の伝送線路。
- 前記基板は複数形成され、前記誘導性素子は前記複数の基板間の貼合面の上に形成される請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の伝送線路。
- 前記誘導性素子は、渦巻き型素子を備える請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の伝送線路。
- 前記誘導性素子は導電性接続素子により前記伝送部または前記接地部と接続され、前記接続素子は螺旋状である請求項1に記載の伝送線路。
