Abstract
【解決手段】樹脂成形品の表面を、酸素を用いてプラズマ処理する酸素プラズマ処理によって前記樹脂成型品表面に水酸基を導入し、導入された水酸基、及び該水酸基と空気中の水分子との相互作用により前記樹脂成形品の表面に付与される水によって、該樹脂成形品の表面を改質することを特徴とする。

Description
本実施例では、樹脂成形品としてポリアセタール樹脂からなる樹脂成形品を用いた。この樹脂成形品は、ポリプラスチック製のジュラコン(商品名)を成形することによって得られたものである。
実施例1と同様にポリアセタール樹脂からなる樹脂成形品を用い、実施例1と同様の条件で酸素プラズマ処理。及びその処理によって導入された水酸基と空気中の水との相互作用による表面改質処理を行った。
本試験例では、樹脂成形品の表面における、ぬれ性評価試験を行った。より具体的には、ポリアセタール樹脂の成形品の表面に酸素プラズマ処理を施し、その処理後の樹脂成形品の表面に水を滴下し、表面上に広がった水の面積(ぬれ面積)を測定した。ポリアセタール樹脂成形品のサンプルは、縦50mm、横50mm、厚さ1mmの平板状のものを用いた。酸素プラズマ処理の放電出力は1kWとし、圧力は0.35Paとし、酸素プラズマ処理時の温度は、30℃で行った。
本試験例では、上記実施例2のようにして得られたポリエステルウレタン系塗料の塗膜の剥離性を確認するために、クロスカット剥離試験を行った。ポリアセタール樹脂成形品のサンプルは、縦50mm、横50mm、厚さ1mmの平板状のものを用い、その表面にポリエステルウレタン系塗料を塗布した。
本試験例では、上記のようにポリエステルウレタン系塗料を塗布したポリアセタール樹脂成形品のサンプルを温水に浸漬した後、上記実施例2と同様のクロスカット剥離試験を行った。クロスカット剥離試験は、実施例2と同様にして行った。

Claims (6)
- 樹脂成形品の表面を、酸素を用いてプラズマ処理する酸素プラズマ処理によって前記樹脂成形品の表面に水酸基を導入し、導入された水酸基、及び該水酸基と空気中の水分子との相互作用により前記樹脂成形品の表面に付与される水によって、該樹脂成形品の表面を改質することを特徴とする樹脂成形品の表面処理方法。
- 樹脂成形品の表面を、酸素を用いてプラズマ処理する酸素プラズマ処理によって前記樹脂成形品の表面に水酸基を導入し、導入された水酸基、及び該水酸基と空気中の水分子との相互作用により前記樹脂成形品の表面に付与される水によって該樹脂成形品の表面を改質し、改質された樹脂成形品の表面に、水の存在下で表面層を形成しうる素材を塗布して、前記樹脂成形品の表面に表面層を形成することを特徴とする、表面層を有する樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 水の存在下で表面層を形成しうる素材が、水と反応して重合する樹脂である請求項2記載の表面層を有する樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 水と反応して重合する樹脂が、イソシアネートを用いた2液性ポリウレタン、又はシアノアクリレートである請求項3記載の表面層を有する樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 蒸発源として一酸化珪素を用い、不活性ガスのプラズマ発振中に酸素を導入し、化学蒸着法により二酸化珪素を合成し、該二酸化珪素の被膜を、樹脂成形品の表面に成長させて該樹脂成形品の表面に親水基を導入し、導入された親水基、及び該親水基と空気中の水分子との相互作用により前記樹脂成形品の表面に付与される水によって、該樹脂成形品の表面を改質することを特徴とする樹脂成形品の表面処理方法。
- 蒸発源として一酸化珪素を用い、不活性ガスのプラズマ発振中に酸素を導入し、化学蒸着法により二酸化珪素を合成し、該二酸化珪素の被膜を、樹脂成形品の表面に成長させて該樹脂成形品の表面に親水基を導入し、導入された親水基、及び該親水基と空気中の水分子との相互作用により前記樹脂成形品の表面に付与される水によって、該樹脂成形品の表面を改質し、改質された樹脂成形品の表面に、水の存在下で表面層を形成しうる素材を塗布して、前記樹脂成形品の表面に表面層を形成することを特徴とする、表面層を有する樹脂成形品の製造方法。
