Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンと、モータと、双方の動力を後輪WRに伝達する機構と、クランク軸の回転に伴ってエンジンと機構を潤滑するオイルポンプ9と、を備える車両であって、オイルポンプ9は、その軸91の一端に、モータの動力を後輪WRに伝達するモータドリブンギヤ59と一体に回転するプライマリドライブギヤ58に接続されてモータの動力により回転するオイルポンプドリブンギヤ92がワンウェイクラッチ94を介して設けられ、オイルポンプ軸91の他端に、エンジンのカムチェーン39に接続されエンジンの動力により回転するオイルポンプドリブンスプロケット93がワンウェイクラッチ95を介して設けられ、モータドリブンギヤ59はクランク軸の一方側に配置され、カムチェーン39他方側に配置される。

Description
前記オイルポンプは、オイルポンプ軸の一端に、前記電動機の動力を前記被駆動部に伝達する伝達部材と一体に回転する出力部に接続されて前記電動機の動力により回転する第1入力部が第1ワンウェイクラッチを介して設けられ、前記オイルポンプ軸の他端に、前記内燃機関のカムチェーンに接続され前記内燃機関の動力により回転する第2入力部が第2ワンウェイクラッチを介して設けられ、
前記伝達部材は前記クランク軸の一方側に配置され、前記カムチェーンは前記クランク軸の他方側に配置されることを特徴とする。
前記飛沫オイル回収部材に収容された潤滑油は、前記カウンタ軸内の油路を介して潤滑されることを特徴とする。
前記クランクケースから前方に延設されたリブが、前記動力伝達機構の変速ギヤ列へ指向していることを特徴とする。
また、オイルポンプ軸の一端に電動機の動力により回転する第1入力部が第1ワンウェイクラッチを介して設けられ、オイルポンプ軸の他端に内燃機関のカムチェーンに接続され内燃機関の動力により回転する第2入力部が第2ワンウェイクラッチを介して設けられるので、オイルポンプは電動機と内燃機関のいずれか一方により選択的に駆動され、内燃機関と動力伝達機構を潤滑することができる。
さらに、伝達部材はクランク軸の一方側に配置され、カムチェーンはクランク軸の他方側に配置されるので、幅方向の張り出しを小さくし、特にクランクの一方側に偏って張り出すことを防止することができる。
パワーユニットPは、主として、駆動源としてのエンジン5及びモータ6と、エンジン5とモータ6の動力を後輪WRに伝達する動力伝達機構7と、エンジン5と動力伝達機構7との間でエンジン5の動力を変速して動力伝達機構7に伝達する変速機構としての2段遠心クラッチ8と、オイルポンプ9と、を備えて構成されている。
一方、モータ6の駆動によりモータドリブンギヤ59の回転数が外周軸46の回転数より高いときには、ワンウェイクラッチ47が切り離され、クランク軸50の動力が動力伝達機構7に伝達されることはない。

動力伝達機構7は、メインシャフト70とカウンタシャフト71との間に変速部73を備えて構成され、メインシャフト70の右側端部には、前述したようにクランク軸50の外周に配設されたプライマリドライブギヤ58と噛み合うプライマリドリブンギヤ72が取り付けられ、カウンタシャフト71の左側端部には、ドライブスプロケット74が取り付けられ、メインシャフト70に伝達された動力がドライブスプロケット74に巻き掛けられたドライブチェーン31(図1参照)を介して、駆動輪WRに伝達される。また、カウンタシャフト71の右側端部には、サブシャフト75に回転自在に配設された車速検出用入力ギヤ76と噛合する車速検出用出力ギヤ77が設けられている。また、クランクケース57には、車速検出用入力ギヤ76と対向する位置に速度を検出する検出部78が設けられている。
ニュートラルでは図8に示すように、高速駆動シフターギヤ732と低速駆動ギヤ731が係合しておらず、且つ、シフター735と高速従動ギヤ734も係合していない。そのため、例えメインシャフト70が回転しても低速ギヤ対736と高速ギヤ対737のいずれを介してもカウンタシャフト71に動力伝達がなされることはない。
(1)第1伝達経路は、いわゆるエンジン走行における伝達経路であり、エンジン5の動力が、クランク軸50、2段遠心クラッチ8、外周軸46、ワンウェイクラッチ47、モータドリブンギヤ59(プライマリドライブギヤ58)、プライマリドリブンギヤ72、動力伝達機構7を介して駆動輪WRに伝達される伝達経路である。この第1伝達経路においては、2段遠心クラッチ8と動力伝達機構7の変速部73においてそれぞれ2段階の変速を行うことができる。なお、第1伝達経路で動力を伝達しながら走行中に、モータ6を駆動することでアシスト走行を行なうことができ、また、モータ6を負荷として回生充電することもできる。
(2)第2伝達経路は、いわゆるEV走行における伝達経路であり、モータ6の動力が、モータ出力軸61、モータドライブギヤ62、モータドリブンギヤ59(プライマリドライブギヤ58)、プライマリドリブンギヤ72、動力伝達機構7、ドライブチェーン31を介して駆動輪WRに伝達される伝達経路である。このとき、前述したように、モータ6の動力は、ワンウェイクラッチ47の空転によりクランク軸50に伝達されることはない。また、この第2伝達経路においては、動力伝達機構7の変速部73において2段階の変速を行うことができる。
オイルポンプ9は、図11に示すように、オイルポンプ本体90と、オイルポンプ本体90を挟んでオイルポンプ軸91上の右側端部に設けられた第1入力部としてのオイルポンプドリブンギヤ92と、左側端部に設けられた第2入力部としてのオイルポンプドリブンスプロケット93と、を備えて構成され、図12に示すように、側面視でモータ6の下方で且つ後方に配置され、パワーユニットPの各部、例えばエンジン5、動力伝達機構7にオイルを供給する。

Claims (8)
- 内燃機関と、電動機と、前記内燃機関と前記電動機の動力を被駆動部に伝達する動力伝達機構と、クランク軸の回転に伴って前記内燃機関と前記動力伝達機構を潤滑するオイルポンプと、を備えるハイブリッド車両であって、
前記オイルポンプは、オイルポンプ軸の一端に、前記電動機の動力を前記被駆動部に伝達する伝達部材と一体に回転する出力部に接続されて前記電動機の動力により回転する第1入力部が第1ワンウェイクラッチを介して設けられ、前記オイルポンプ軸の他端に、前記内燃機関のカムチェーンに接続され前記内燃機関の動力により回転する第2入力部が第2ワンウェイクラッチを介して設けられ、
前記伝達部材は前記クランク軸の一方側に配置され、前記カムチェーンは前記クランク軸の他方側に配置されることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 前記オイルポンプ軸は、前記電動機の動力により回転する前記第1入力部と前記内燃機関の動力により回転する前記第2入力部のうち回転速度の速い方に伴って回転することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- オイルポンプ本体は、前記クランク軸を支持するクランクケースと前記伝達部材との間に位置し、前記第1入力部は前記オイルポンプ本体と前記伝達部材との間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記第1入力部は前記シリンダの一方側に配設され、前記第2入力部は前記シリンダの他方側に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- オイルポンプ本体は前記第1入力部と前記第2入力部の間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記第1入力部よりも前記第2入力部の方が高回転可能なギヤ比であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記動力伝達機構のカウンタ軸の端部には、潤滑油を受ける飛沫オイル回収部材が設けられ、
前記飛沫オイル回収部材に収容された潤滑油は、前記カウンタ軸内の油路を介して潤滑されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記カウンタ軸の下方には車速検出用ギヤがクランクケースの下面に貯留する潤滑油に浸かる位置に設けられ、
前記クランクケースから前方に延設されたリブが、前記動力伝達機構の変速ギヤ列へ指向していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
