Abstract
【解決手段】耐凍結性配量弁は磁石部と液圧部を備えている。磁石部はバネにより予緊張されたアンカーを有する。液圧部は液体を収容しかつ搬送するための環状空域を有する。全く同様に液圧部は弁座内に指向しているタペットを有する。その際弁座はタペットの反対側にノズル開口部を備えている。非通電状態で、タペットは環状空域を開口部(ノズル開口部)の方向でブロックする。アンカーへの凍結圧力が、凝固している液体により十分な力を発生させるまでこのことは通用する。負荷軽減運動により、凍結膨張空域が形成されるまで力は逆に作用する。

Claims (2)
- 排気ガス洗浄システムに用いられる耐凍結性配量弁(1)であって、
磁石部(5)と液圧部(3)とを備え、
磁石部(5)がバネ(15)により予緊張されたアンカー(13,13’,13”)を有し、液圧部(3)が液体を収容しかつさらに先へ送るための環状空域(19)と弁座(21)内に指向しているタペット(17)とを有しており、
その際弁座(21)がノズル開口部(25)を有している耐凍結性配量弁において、
配量弁(1)が凍結する際それ自体、受動的に負荷が解除されるように構成されていること、
ノズル開口部(25)に隣接して第二出口部(45)が開口部として設けられていること、および
配量弁(1)の液体入口で可撓なチューブが差し込んであり、この可撓なチューブを通って流体的連結状態で液体が配量弁(1)に送られ、したがって排気ガス洗浄システムが
自動車の排気ガスエグゾースト装置と流体的連結状態にあることを特徴とする耐凍結性配量弁。 - 弁座(21)がノズル板によりカバーされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐凍結性配量弁。
