Claims (13)
- 内燃機関の排ガス管路内に還元剤を調量供給するための調量モジュール(10)であって、前記調量モジュール(10)が少なくとも1つの冷却体(22,24)を有しており、該冷却体(22,24)が冷却液によって貫流され、前記調量モジュール(10)が接続管片(44)を有していて、該接続管片(44)が還元剤管路(46)を有している形式のものにおいて、
前記還元剤管路(46)が、少なくとも部分的に冷却液管路(50)によって包囲されており、それによって、前記接続管片(44)が冷却液により、向流原理によって冷却されるものであり、
前記冷却液が、前記調量モジュール(10)の前記冷却体(22,24)を冷却した後、前記冷却体(22、24)から流出し、当該冷却液が、流入開口(42)を介して前記接続管片(44)内に流入し、前記接続管片(44)を、前記還元剤の流れ方向(66)とは逆方向に貫流することを特徴とする、調量モジュール(10)。 - 前記向流原理式の接続管片(44)が、一体的にプラスチック射出成形構成部分として構成されているかまたは複数部分より構成されていて、接続管(56)およびプラスチック体(52)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記還元剤が前記還元剤管路(46)を通って調量弁(36)に流入することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記冷却液管路(50)が、前記プラスチック体内において前記還元剤管路(46)を、少なくとも180°の円弧(72)により包囲していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記接続管(56)と前記プラスチック体(52)とが、互いに溶接により接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 溶接による接合個所(58)が環状の溶接継ぎ目として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記冷却体(22,24)の一方に接続された冷却液戻し管路(16)と、前記流入開口(42)とが、ホース接続部(40)を介して互いに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記接続管片(44)の前記プラスチック体(52)が、係止構造部若しくはスナップロック(54)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記向流原理式の接続管片(44)が、前記調量モジュール(10)の様々な周方向位置において前記調量モジュール(10)に係止可能であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記冷却液が、還元剤、燃料または内燃機関の冷却液であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記調量モジュール(10)が、冷却液流(34)によって、弁先端(18)から、少なくとも1つの前記冷却体(22,24)、前記ホース接続部(40)および前記向流原理式の接続管片(44)を通って貫流されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記調量モジュール(10)が、前記向流原理式の接続管片(44)内に冷却液による被覆部を形成することによって、より高い温度緩慢性を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記向流原理式の接続管片(44)の領域内において、前記冷却液の沸騰時の気化エネルギーを利用することによって高温停止時に冷却が得られることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の調量モジュール(10)。
