Abstract
【解決手段】物品を収納する中空部を有する容器であって、該容器の壁部が、内側層と外側層との積層構造を有し、外側層が、C.I.Pigment Yellow 147、C.I.Pigment Yellow 180およびC.I.Pigment Yellow 181からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の顔料が添加された環状オレフィン重合体からなり、上記内側層が上記顔料を含まない環状オレフィン重合体からなることを特徴とする衛生品用容器。

Description
さらに、特許文献2には環状オレフィンと他の種類のプラスチックを積層した衛生品容器が開示されているが、このような積層構造とするとプラスチック層間の接着に問題があり、界面の剥離や白濁化、亀裂の発生など、種々の問題が発生する。
本発明において衛生品用容器の製造に使用する重合体は、外側層と内側層とが同じ環状オレフィン重合体でも異なる重合体でもよいが、外側層が顔料分散性に優れる環状オレフィンの共重合体であり、内側層が化学的安定性に優れる環状オレフィンの単独重合樹脂であることが好ましい。なお、本発明において「環状オレフィン重合体」とは、該重合体の水素添加物も含む。
環状オレフィンの単独重合体、または共重合体またはその水素添加物は、環状オレフィン単量体の開環単独重合体または他の単量体との開環共重合体、これらの単独重合体または共重合体の水素添加物である。上記環状オレフィン単量体には、以下に例示するように単環式オレフィン単量体、二環以上の多環式オレフィン単量体が含まれる。
実施例1、2(外側層の重合体と内側層の重合体とが同一である実施例)
環状オレフィン重合体(株式会社大協精工製 商品名Crystal Zenith(登録商標))および環状オレフィン共重合体(Topas Advanced Polymers GmbH製 商品名TOPAS(登録商標))を用意し、それぞれ100部に対してC.I.Pigment Yellow 147(日本チバガイギー社製 Filester Yellow RN)を、それぞれ0.05%、0.1%および0.2%添加したコンパウンドをブラベンダープラストグラフを用いて作製した。一方、前記顔料も他の添加剤も含まない上記重合体と同じ単独重合体および共重合体を用意した。これらを用いるダブルインジェクション成形によって、まず、顔料を含まない内側層(厚み2mm)を形成し、続いて内側層と同じ環状オレフィン重合体を用いた顔料を含む環状オレフィン重合体で、外側層(厚み2mm)を形成して容量2mlの積層バイアルを作製した。このバイアルは上記顔料の添加量とともに黄味が濃くなるが、透明性を有するものである。なお、環状オレフィン単独重合体同士の積層容器を実施例1とし、エチレン/環状オレフィン共重合体同士の積層容器を実施例2とした。
実施例1の外側層用樹脂として実施例2の外側層用樹脂(共重合体)を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に成形した容器、および積層シートを実施例3とし、同様に実施例2の外側層用樹脂として実施例1の外側層用樹脂(単独重合体)を使用した以外は、実施例2と同様に成形した容器および積層シートを実施例4として、光透過率試験を行った。光透過率試験の結果は、実施例3の方が、実施例4よりも2〜5%程度高い紫外線遮断性を示した。紫外線遮蔽性は顔料を含有する外側層によってその効果が生ずると推測され、実際の試験結果も実施例3は実施例2の結果とほぼ同一であり、実施例4は実施例1の結果とほぼ同一であった。また、この結果より、環状オレフィン重合体同士であれば異なる樹脂(単独重合体と共重合体)で積層したとしても、層間接着面による光透過率の低下はほとんど認められないことが確認された。
実施例3、4におけるC.I.Pigment Yellow 147に代えてC.I.Pigment Yellow 180を使用し、他は実施例3、4と同様にしてバイアルを作製した。このバイアルは上記顔料の添加量とともに黄味が濃くなるが、透明性を有するものである。また、同時に、同じコンパウンドを用いてプレス成形によって同じ厚さの積層シートを作製し、各シートについてダブルビーム型分光光度計(日立社製150−20形)により、波長290〜450nmおよび590〜610nmにおける光透過率を測定したところ実施例3、4の場合と同様であった。
C.I.Pigment Yellow 147に代えてC.I.Pigment Yellow 181を使用し、他は実施例3、4と同様にしてバイアルを作製した。このバイアルは上記顔料の添加量とともに黄味が濃くなるが、透明性を有するものである。また、同時に、同じコンパウンドを用いてプレス成形によって2mm厚さのシートを作製し、各シートについてダブルビーム型分光光度計(日立社製150−20形)により、波長290〜450nmおよび590〜610nmにおける光透過率を測定したところ実施例3、4の場合と同様であった。
顔料を使用しなかったことを除き、他は実施例3と同様にしてバイアルを作製した。
比較例2
顔料を使用しなかったことを除き、他は実施例4と同様にしてバイアルを作製した。
比較例3
実施例3の内側層用樹脂と外側層用樹脂を、それぞれ外側層と内側層とした以外は、実施例3と同様にしてバイアルを作製した。
比較例4
上記比較例3と同様に、実施例4の内側層と外側層の樹脂を入れ換えた以外は、実施例4と同様にしてバイアルを作製した。
上記実施例1〜8および比較例1〜4で得られたバイアルを十分に洗浄後、下記の試験を行った。なお、顔料濃度0.2%のものについて試験を行った。
(2)微粒子量:バイアルに無塵水20mlを充填し、振動機にて10分間振動させた後、1時間静置してから光遮蔽型自動微粒子計測機(HIAC社製)にて水中の粒径2.5μm以上の微粒子の個数を測定した。
(b)ビタミンB2:自記記録分光光度計(日立EPS−3T型)にて、波長445nmにより、照射後の薬液中に残存しているビタミンB2の濃度を測定した。照射前のビタミンB2の濃度を100%とし、照射後のビタミンB2の濃度(%)を調べた。以上の試験結果を表2に示す。
Claims (4)
- 物品を収納する中空部を有する容器であって、該容器の壁部が、内側層と外側層との積層構造を有し、外側層が、C.I.Pigment Yellow 147、C.I.Pigment Yellow 180およびC.I.Pigment Yellow 181からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の顔料が添加された環状オレフィン重合体からなり、上記内側層が上記顔料を含まない環状オレフィン重合体からなることを特徴とする衛生品用容器。
- 外側層の環状オレフィン重合体が、エチレン/環状オレフィン共重合体であり、内側層の環状オレフィン重合体が、環状オレフィン単独重合体である請求項1に記載の衛生品用容器。
- 顔料の添加量が、重合体の0.01〜0.3質量%である請求項2に記載の衛生品用容器。
- 外側層の厚みが、0.5〜3mmであり、内側層の厚みが0.5〜3mmである請求項3に記載の衛生品用容器。
