【解決手段】グラビアロール表面に設けられたセル21,22の境界に各セル21,22同士を仕切る仕切壁23を設けるとともに、その内表面に塗工パターンの再現性をよくするため微細な凹凸24をさらに設ける。

Claims (5)
- 所定の塗工パターンが形成されたセルを有し、走行する基材の一方の面に上記セルが形成された面を押し当てて、上記セル内に充填された上記粘着剤を上記基材に塗工する粘着剤塗工用グラビアロールにおいて、
上記セルは、形状の異なる少なくとも2つのセルを有し、隣接する上記セルの境界には、上記セル同士を区画する仕切壁が設けられており、上記仕切壁の先端がロール外表面とほぼ同一平面となるように設けられていることを特徴とする粘着剤塗工用グラビアロール。 - 上記セルは、深さの異なる少なくとも2つのセルであることを特徴としている請求項1に記載の粘着剤塗工用グラビアロール。
- 少なくとも1つの上記セルの内表面にはさらに、微細な凹凸が設けられており、上記凹凸の凸部の先端がロール外表面とほぼ同一平面となるように存在していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の粘着剤塗工用グラビアロール。
- 所定の基材の表面に粘着剤をベタ塗りするための塗工パターンが形成されたセルを有し、走行する基材の一方の面に上記セル内に充填された上記粘着剤を上記基材に塗工する粘着剤塗工用グラビアロールにおいて、
上記セルには、微細な凹凸が多数設けられており、上記凹凸の凸部の先端がロール表面とほぼ同一平面となるように設けられているいることを特徴とする粘着剤塗工用グラビアロール。 - 所定の塗工パターンが形成されたセルを有するグラビアロールを用いて基材に粘着剤を塗工する粘着テープの製造方法において、
上記セルは、形状の異なる少なくとも2つのセルを有し、隣接する上記セルの境界には、上記セル同士を区画する仕切壁が設けられており、上記仕切壁の先端がロール外表面とほぼ同一平面となるように設けられており、上記セル内に上記粘着剤を充填したのち、走行する基材の一方の面に上記グラビアロールを押し当てて、上記粘着剤を上記基材に塗工することを特徴とする粘着テープの製造方法。
