Abstract
【解決手段】表示パネル101、コントローラ基板115より構成される。さらに表示パネル101は、画素部102、ソースドライバ103、104、105、106、107、108、109、110、表示用ゲートドライバ111、112、読み取り用ゲートドライバ113、114により構成される。また、コントローラ基板115はコントローラIC116により構成され、コントローラ基板115は表示パネル101と、接続用FPC117によって電気的に接続される。

- 表示期間及び読み取り期間において複数の領域に分割され、前記領域毎に、前記複数の領域において同時に表示動作及び読み取り動作が行われる画素を有する画素部と、
表示用ゲートドライバと、
読み取り用ゲートドライバと、
複数のソースドライバと、を有し、
前記画素は、
前記表示用ゲートドライバ及び前記複数のソースドライバのいずれか一つにより表示動作が制御される表示部と、
前記読み取り用ゲートドライバ及び前記複数のソースドライバのいずれか一つにより読み取り動作が制御される読み取り部と、を有するタッチパネル機能付き表示装置。 - 表示期間及び読み取り期間において複数の領域に分割され、前記領域毎に、前記複数の領域において同時に表示動作及び読み取り動作が行われる画素を有する画素部と、
表示用ゲートドライバと、
読み取り用ゲートドライバと、
複数のソースドライバと、
前記複数のソースドライバからの出力信号に対して信号処理を行うコントローラ回路と、を有し、
前記画素は、前記表示用ゲートドライバ及び前記複数のソースドライバのいずれか一つにより前記表示動作が制御される表示部と、
前記読み取り用ゲートドライバ及び前記複数のソースドライバのいずれか一つにより前記読み取り動作が制御される読み取り部と、を有し、
前記表示部は、表示素子を有し、
前記読み取り部は、光電変換素子を有するタッチパネル機能付き表示装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記表示素子は、第1端子及び第2端子を有する液晶素子であり、
前記表示部は、
ゲート、ソース、及びドレインを有し、前記ゲートが前記表示用ゲートドライバに電気的に接続され、前記ソース及び前記ドレインの一方が前記複数のソースドライバのいずれか一つに電気的に接続され、前記ソース及び前記ドレインの他方が前記液晶素子の第1端子に電気的に接続された第1のトランジスタと、
第1端子及び第2端子を有し、前記第1端子が前記第1のトランジスタの前記ソース及び前記ドレインの他方に電気的に接続された容量素子と、を有するタッチパネル機能付き表示装置。 - 請求項2及び請求項3において、
前記光電変換素子は、第1端子及び第2端子を有するフォトダイオードであり、
前記読み取り部は、ゲート、ソース、及びドレインを有し、前記ゲートが前記フォトダイオードの第1端子に電気的に接続され、前記ソース及び前記ドレインの一方が前記複数のソースドライバのいずれか一つに電気的に接続された第2のトランジスタと、を有するタッチパネル機能付き表示装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のタッチパネル機能付き表示装置をディスプレイ部に有する電子機器。
