Abstract
【解決手段】鋸体3を側方から案内するためにホルダ14に取り付けられ、
鋸体の側面と少なくとも一時的に滑り接触する高堅固性の滑り部材15とを備えた鋸盤用鋸体案内装置。滑り部材15は、少なくとも部分的に高堅固性を有する案内プレートとして構成され、鋸体移動方向の上流側に少なくとも部分的に直線状あるいは連続的に丸み付けられて延びる縁部16が形成されており、この縁部の稜線あるいは接線が、0°を越えて90°未満の傾斜角度で、鋸体の移動方向に対して傾斜して延びており、内部空間18を作り出すべく互いに間隔をあけている複数の案内プレートがホルダに取り付けられている。

Claims (13)
- ホルダと、帯鋸や往復鋸など鋸体を側方から案内するために前記ホルダに取り付けられ、前記鋸体の側面と少なくとも一時的に滑り接触する高堅固性の滑り部材とを備えた、鋸盤用鋸体案内装置であって、
前記滑り部材は、少なくとも部分的に高堅固性を有する案内プレートとして構成され、前記鋸体の移動方向の上流側に縁部を備え、この縁部が少なくとも部分的に直線状あるいは連続的に丸み付けられて延びており、前記縁部の稜線あるいは前記縁部の接線が、0°を越えて90°未満の傾斜角度で、前記鋸体の移動方向に対して傾斜して延びており、内部空間を作り出すべく互いに間隔をあけている複数の前記案内プレートがホルダに取り付けられていることを特徴とする鋸盤用鋸体案内装置。 - 前記案内プレートの各縁部が平行となるように延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋸盤用鋸体案内装置。
- 前記縁部は、前記鋸体が案内プレートにおける鋸歯から最も遠い縁部の領域から鋸歯の領域にかけて到達していくように傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鋸盤用鋸体案内装置。
- 前記ホルダと前記鋸体との間に冷却液を導入するために、高堅固性の案内プレートの内部あるいは側部に開口している開口部が前記ホルダに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の鋸盤用鋸体案内装置。
- 各高堅固性の案内プレートの間の内部空間に冷却液を導入するための少なくとも1つの開口が設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の鋸盤用鋸体案内装置。
- 帯鋸盤の鋸体の鋸体案内装置のために、鋸体の高さの50%以上を覆うように平面状に前記案内プレートが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の鋸盤用鋸体案内装置。
- 帯鋸盤の鋸体の鋸体案内装置のために、前記ホルダあるいは付加的な設けられた背面ホルダに、少なくとも1つの鋸体の背面を案内するために設けられた付加的な背面案内プレートが配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の鋸盤用鋸体案内装置。
- 前記背面案内プレートが、前記背面の上を回動する鋸体案内装置ローラと組み合わされていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の鋸盤用鋸体案内装置。
- 少なくとも前記鋸体案内装置ローラが、変位機構に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の鋸盤用鋸体案内装置。
- 前記変位機構が、前記背面に作用する力を検出するための作用力検出部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の鋸盤用鋸体案内装置。
- この鋸盤用鋸体案内装置が、制御可能な冷却媒体供給手段を有する案内装置ハウジング内に装着可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の鋸盤用鋸体案内装置。
- 前記案内装置ハウジングが、鋸体に作用する力を検知するための作用力検出部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の鋸盤用鋸体案内装置。
- 前記案内プレートが、硬質金属またはセラミックあるいはその両方から作られていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の鋸盤用鋸体案内装置。
