Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の撮像素子を用いた弧状フレキシブル回路薄膜型内視鏡装置は、撮像素子と照明手段が装着されるヘッドハウジングからなり、イメージを撮影するイメージ撮影手段と、被検査物の空間内に挿入できるように弧状軟性薄板、絶縁接着フィルム、回路フィルムおよび絶縁保護フィルムが積層されてなり、一端部に前記撮像手段が連結され、他端部にコネクタを介して伝送ケーブルが連結される被検査物内挿入手段とを含んでなる。

Claims (6)
- 撮像素子と照明手段が装着されるヘッドハウジングからなり、イメージを撮影するイメージ撮影手段と、
被検査物の空間内に挿入できるように弧状軟性薄板、絶縁接着フィルム、回路フィルムおよび絶縁保護フィルムが積層されてなり、一端部に前記撮像手段が連結され、他端部にコネクタを介して伝送ケーブルが連結される被検査物内挿入手段とを含んでなることを特徴とする、撮像素子を用いた弧状フレキシブル回路薄膜型内視鏡装置。 - 前記撮像素子はCCDカメラまたはCMOSセンサーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の撮像素子を用いた弧状フレキシブル回路薄膜型内視鏡装置。
- 前記照明手段は、LEDランプであって、LEDランプが支持台に装着されたままで前記ヘッドハウジングのランプ挿入溝に挿入されるように支持台が前記ヘッドハウジングの支持台溝に挿入され、支持台の裏面のLED端子接点が支持台溝の後方側面の端子接点に接続された状態で固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の撮像素子を用いた弧状フレキシブル回路薄膜型内視鏡装置。
- 前記ヘッドハウジングは、前方先端の上下部に多数のランプ挿入溝が設けられ、前記ランプ挿入溝に連通して多数の支持台溝が設けられ、前方先端の中央部に窓が設けられ、前記窓に連通して中央に長手方向に沿って撮像素子挿入溝が設けられ、前記撮像素子挿入溝の後方側面に前記撮像素子の端子接点が設けられ、後端部に接続面が設けられ、前記接続面の端部にはピン溝が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の撮像素子を用いた弧状フレキシブル回路薄膜型内視鏡装置。
- 前記被検査物内挿入手段は、弧状軟性薄板に絶縁接着フィルムを介して回路フィルムの一面が接着され、前記回路フィルムの他面に接着剤によって絶縁保護フィルムが接着されて構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の撮像素子を用いた弧状フレキシブル回路薄膜型内視鏡装置。
- 前記回路フィルム上には、撮像素子で撮影した映像イメージを処理および伝送する回路手段と伝送手段が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の撮像素子を用いた弧状フレキシブル回路薄膜型内視鏡装置。
