Claims (4)
- 撮像素子と照明手段が装着されるヘッドハウジングからなり、イメージを撮影するイメージ撮影手段(10)と、弧状フレキシブル薄板、絶縁接着フィルム、回路フィルム及び絶縁保護フィルムが積層されてなり、被検査物の空間内に挿入できるようになり、一端部に前記撮影手段が連結され、他端部にコネクタを介して伝送ケーブルが連結される被検査物内挿入手段(20)とを含んでなる弧状フレキシブルプリント回路薄膜型内視鏡装置において、
前記挿入手段(20)の長手方向に一定間隔で形成された多数の駆動孔(100)と、前記駆動孔(100)のそれぞれに順次挿入しながら回転することにより前記挿入手段(20)を移動させる駆動手段(200)とを含むことを特徴とする、駆動孔を有する撮像素子を用いた弧状フレキシブルプリント回路薄膜型内視鏡装置。 - 前記駆動孔(100)は前記挿入手段(20)の中央部に沿って長手方向に一定間隔で多数形成され、前記駆動孔(100)と前記挿入手段(20)の両側縁部との間に回路フィルムであるプリント回路薄膜(101)が形成され、前記プリント回路薄膜(101)の裏面に弧状フレキシブル薄板(102)が、前面には絶縁保護フィルム(103)が接着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動孔を有する撮像素子を用いた弧状フレキシブルプリント回路薄膜型内視鏡装置。
- 前記駆動孔(100)は前記挿入手段(20)の中央部と前記挿入手段(20)の両側縁部との間に長手方向に一定間隔で多数形成され、駆動孔がない部分にプリント回路薄膜(101)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動孔を有する撮像素子を用いた弧状フレキシブルプリント回路薄膜型内視鏡装置。
- 前記駆動手段(200)は、外周面に沿って一定間隔で多数の円筒状突起(201a)が形成された駆動ローラー(201)と、前記挿入手段(20)を介在して前記駆動ローラー(201)と密着して取り付けられる従動ローラー(202)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動孔を有する撮像素子を用いた弧状フレキシブルプリント回路薄膜型内視鏡装置。
